Thanks man! I’m loving it so far. Things have been decent for it slowing down here I guess. $2500 in my first 5 days. I’m doing about a job a day. So I can’t complain.
Just wait until I get mine going this winter, equipment rolling in and I pick up the hydromax tomorrow!
The build will be done before the end of the year
@TexasPressureWashing is my idol lol
I’m freaking pumped for your new build man. I want a Hydromax for my next unit when I add hotwater.
Finally edited the roof system comparison:
How much footage was that before being sped up? Looks good man!
Maybe 30 minutes or less? Thanks!
I bought one of those little orange jewels from Northern, run a 1/2" All Flo 13GPM. That little sucker is a beast. It WILL overpower my diaphragm pump requiring me to turn back my actuator to 30-40 psi just to get my pump back online. Bang for the buck one of my best spent $500 this year.
All you need is a DSI hose clear enough to see the oil as it travels toward your mouth while you create a vacuum (SUCK IT!) and long enough to give you a heads up before you taste it. Nonetheless, I have the need for several myself. Draining is much easier than sucking.
My favorite addition to the entire setup. @SchertzServicesLLC guy really put out a gradeA product. Not to mention I can call him for tech support and he actually answers or returns calls while working 70 hours a week!
So after a month of being operational I worked 17 days and made $3500. For it being October and November during this time period I’m ok with it.
My best method of getting business was doing work. I am at a 90% hire rate when working.
Facebook ad 17K views 0 calls
Nextdoor ad 52K views 0 calls
Instagram 0 contact for work
Yelp ad 1 call resulting in landing my biggest job to date
Haven’t run google ads yet. Plan to next spring
I’m currently #2 in google map rankings.
I need better content for Facebook (videos and interactive stuff) but I’m learning and this has been awesome so far.
I have had the whisper washes both have the tips clog on the same job lol but otherwise no big issues. Easy to clean them out and get rolling again. Maybe 15 minutes for both.
Again thanks for all the help!
I think the key to FB and ND isn’t so much getting direct calls but getting your name out there. People also need to see you a few times to remember. Also changing what they see till it resonates. I’ve found paying for google ads works best as people are specifically searching for your service, not just showing an ad to someone who is looking at anything just to pass time. Not saying it’s bad I’m sure it all will work one way or another. All winter people keep seeing your company and by the time the season starts again you’re bound to get some calls.
Focus on getting your website more connected to google search. Everyone who wants something done either asks friends for recommendations or they go to google. Most people don’t even look past the first page and the first three websites on the search have the majority of clicks. If you can rank up to the first, second, or third result on google, you will get more leads. Almost all of my leads are due to people clicking my google ads or direct webpage on google search and filling out my contact form.
Learning how google search engine works, how google ads work, keywords, etc really helped my business skyrocket this first year.
Thanks. Yeah I’m not going to run an ad campaign in the winter. However mild it is.
My SEO is #1 for Texas pressure washing searches
For pressure washing I’m not top 10 yet but I’m working on it. Lots of big boys in the area with big budgets.
It’s why I’m focusing on my google reviews the most right now. #3 in my main area of operations.
Hey Heath great first month!
I’ve found limited success with flyers. I complained to @MuscleMyHustle that all my walking wasn’t doing anything. He said wait, they’ll call when they need you. Sure enough got 4 jobs out of them and hope for more people to ring this summer.
Google ads have been good so far. Spent about $400 and gotten about 16 jobs and maybe 30 quotes in the last few months with a very basic website and hardly any SEO. Badly set up google ads too but they seem to be working.
Keep it up man.
Thanks brother. I’ll definitely use google ads just going to wait until closer to the spring I think.
Especially for my area I’m not going to start any SEO analysis or monitoring until the spring. Not going to pay someone over the winter for nothing. But Google reviews helps your credibility on Google search engine so naturally that will bring your website closer to the top. Figuring out the ranking system google uses to bring your website to the top is important. Good Reviews are one of them. Meta tags, the text on your website like titles, subtitles, and words in the body of whatever you post on your website are
Important. Making sure they contain the right keywords so when someone types that word into google, it links it to your website with those same words and you pop up. Word choice in your ads as well. When you upload a photo, making sure the name of that photo is “pressure washing” or something like that helps you pop up as well when customers search for someone to hire
Google reviews contribute about 10-15% towards your seo rankings. While not insignificant, I wouldn’t be begging people for reviews. To make the most of google reviews you need to respond to them when they give you a review. When you reply you essentially feed google more data from interacting with them, 1 review turns into 2 data feeds to google with your response. It’s the little things that google cares about.
After doing a lot of Facebook ads I am almost strictly google ads nowadays. So much less of a pita to not have to message ppl back all day and much easier to prequalify… also find that the jobs are much more reliable coming from google. Fb most ppl were just impulse buying and not really interested where google seems to be more ppl ready to buy and buy now
Did this 5200 sq ft stucco monster today. Woof.
Not my favorite to do but not awful. They were ecstatic as new home owners.
Reminds me of a lake house I did . It was a monster stucco home and It paid really well .
First house wash?
