No, but I don’t run it 8 hrs a day everyday, so it should hold up fine for me. It has a one year warranty.

Yeppers. That’s how Russ set his up with the dema valves. I love tinkering, but not really with electronics. It’s really hard to beat @SchertzServicesLLC remote. All the components separately run about $400 so I really don’t see how he’s making much profit, but it’s a solid design. Not knocking what @Steve has. He is where I was a while back. Those solenoids get super hot after being on soap for an hour or so straight.

I use the same valve @dcbrock uses. I’ve had good success with them, just changed it out half way through this season. So 1 1/2 seasons for 35.00 not bad. About 15 minutes to change out. Only uses electric when you open or close it. Stays cool as a cucumber.

Yeah…and now that I religiously flush the valve every job it’s been working perfectly.

I emailed BANJO about that valve to see if the SH would be an issue but they never contacted me back. I got the impression that unless you’re looking to order a large quantity or become a dealer, they aren’t interested in your questions.
