I dont get it. Job doesn’t look bad but I dont see anything that’s so special I would pay you that kind of money. You must be in a part of the world that has more money than brains. Just remember just cause you charge more dont make you good or better at it. Why didn’t you post before pictures

No Sir, I’m strictly residential. I believe that you must pick a focus and master it. If heavy machinery is your expertise my hats of to you. I prefer residential work for a number of reasons as I’m sure you enjoy what you’re doing. I believe that anything worth doing is worth doing right… no matter how long it takes and I bid accordingly.

How much water did you use. I have so many questions. Please enlighten us and tell how you did that job. What type of equipment do you use.

Remember that saying, “It’s not how big your **** is it’s how you use it?”

Ask yourself this… How much of a perfectionist are you?

Couldn’t even get rid of the stain.
Shame, shame. Shoddy work man.

If your market can demand those prices that’s awesome. Most markets just won’t, period. If I could hit my numbers charging what you do and, could wash a house a day instead of a couple, I’d be good with that. It’s just not reality for most areas. I’m all about less work for more pay but a house can only get so clean.

By the way. @Firefighter4hire is definitely a perfectionist…lol

I’m not sure what you’re referring to. What I clean is clean enough to eat off of, and I’ve never killed a plant. The key? Keep rinsing!!!

Atleast you made a newbie effort on the left side.

You got much learning to do Danielsun.
I’d suggest, Get off your high horse and less typing and showing off and more reading and research before your ritzy neighborhood catches on to you and grabs the pitch forks and a bag of lime.@mrshark

You’d think with $2k house washes you could afford printed invoices. You are obviously trolling, but you aren’t making money off it takes you two days to wash a house for $2k. Get some decent equipment and wash three of those houses in one day. And remember, you working slowly didn’t mean you are doing a good job, as evidenced by the pics you posted. Stay and learn and you will better yourself. @MrShark

Whatcha making OOo crafty one ?

I’m with you. I think the difference is we focus on home details while in other areas of the country people just want the green shiz off. Out here in Cali it’s a different reason for this type of work. I have no clue how someone can clean a house with 5 gallons of sh and one hour of time. It takes me half an hour to 45 minutes just to setup and break down.

I made a rolling frame for my brothers work table today because I walked off a town home project. Sent the guys home for two days and I tinkered
