Im xjetting it. They are turning out great.
Pay yourself $300/day and put the rest in upgrading your equipment. One decent project like that can really help your setup, which then allows you to tackle even more projects.
I have set prices that have never failed me yet. Iām honest with my customers and I cap all my jobs. I can tell you that the house itself would be $1600 and the deck would be $240. I know some of you would say that my prices are high but I can sell these all day long and I have. The job would take about a day and a half and all the railings would be hand wiped. Iāve only had two tell me my prices are too high. Which begs the questionā¦ are your prices too low?
Once you do some research here or some practice on your own you should be able to cut your time down to about 2 hours for that job. Then think about how much money you would make lol
ā¦
I tried to reply lol to that comment earlier but the forum says it was too short of a responseā¦ I disagree
Lolā¦
It doesnāt really work like that. You can blow SH all over someoneās house in 15 minutes and take another 15 minutes rinsing and be doneā¦ but is the job being done well? What is your standard? Do you mask off outlets and fixtures? Do you wipe down and scrub problem areas? What is the customer really getting for their hard earned money with a job thatās completed in an hour? SH damage to their windows, perhapsā¦
I think we can strive to do a better job for the money we make, and give the customer the service they deserve.
Your comments give me a hunch that you dont do this oftenā¦or maybe even at all
Ph this is going to be great I cant wait to see where this goes
Popcorn anyone ?
We gotta live one here. Canāt wait to learn sumtin!
I tape outlets, fixtures, and scrub problem areas. Iām extremely anal about things and often do much more than I probably should. I havenāt been doing this that long and I could still knock that house and deck out in about 3 hours.
Whereās your market? Beverly Hills? Nobody in most areas would ever pay close to $1600 for that even in a high dollar market.
I think he meant pesos not dollars
I canāt wait till the grump wakes up to pee later on and reads this.
@MrShark can you tell us a little about you maybe post some pictures of this work and your equipment
Ok, tell me how you do your jobs and what it takes to get the job done right? Too often I see guys that will blow out a house and leave surfactants on the home because theyāre unwilling to spend the extra time to make sure everything is rinsed off. Iāve seen plenty of $250 house washes that looked like they had never been touched. Iāve fixed the messes that fly by nightās made and everyone of my customers has invited me back. My tips are usually $175 to $250 and thatās coming from about 10% of my clients.
I should actually thank people like you because Iām the guy they call after youāre done.

Do you wash trucks also how much do you charge for them. And how long does it take you to do them
