We just hired

I usually have people call me.

I do not mind talking on the phone for hours since I have a lot of time.

I find that when I post information, you will see my information being taught by others as they ask for money to attend their class.

Give him a chance here. He seriously posted some helpful info. That’s a great start and step one to never having to see these self promotion posts again without info that contractors can use.

Find out the interests of my client? What like a spy? Id rather just be an honest, good guy. That is creepy and borderline dishonest. What do you work for the Kremlin?

Understood, but you realize if your business model is as good as you say it is and you can provide even 5% maybe 10% of the information that is required you earn trust as the expert you don’t have to give the rest away publicly. If your first post was helpful like the stuff above, hell, I probably would’ve called you. I’m glad your work with Josh has worked out because he has a family and I do not, but that’s beside the point.

The helpful information you posted above felt like a Christmas gift. Everything else feels like I’m trudging off to the coal mines before the sun comes up on a Sunday.

Duly noted.

So what’s step 3?:smirk:

I’m just messing with you. Trying to lighten the mood a little.

But Rowdy does make a good point. Explain the steps and there will be value there. If you are willing to pay good money to bring subcontractors out, giving a little free info
shouldn’t hurt too badly.

We have a brand new “Parking Garages” topic just waiting for someone to dominate.

For what it’s worth, i believe what you say. It would be interesting to hear how you’ve done it.

I believe Matt you are thinking Residential, and yes, I would not go there for a residential job.

I am talking about Parking Garage Structures. I am talking about $100,000- $400,000 dollar contracts.

Taking your client out for dinner or drinks. Taking them to Loreto for the weekend. Most Likely you would not do that to a residential customer, at least I would not think so… I really don’t know, since I do not work residential.

I personally, would never do this for a residential job that I was making a couple hundred dollars on.

(18).

I just made a relevant post in the Lounge for anyone who can see it. I think it might be prudent for people to take a quick look :slightly_smiling_face:

Yeah. If we didn’t have to wade through all the other malarkey. There’s a really good chance you have good information to share. It just seems the default mode is malarkey first.

If you said: Step 1: Do X
Step 2: Do Y
Step 3: Do Z
Step 4: That’s all I’ll give publicly, but come work with me for a week. I’ll even pay you.

I bet you’d have subcontractors falling through your bedroom ceiling at midnight for the chance to do so.

Again, I do not like to post too much information. It bothers me to see a student of mine taking some of the information that I have posted in the past and making a class out of it so he can make some money off the newbies.

Holy smokes… this was pretty much standard operating procedure in the corporate world. This is good Gamble. Keep it up! I’m seriously rooting for you.

No, commercial is what I mean. I just dont see the the need to go gangster over pressure washing. Regardless of how fancy the reclaim system.

I do have contractors wanting to work with me. I do not need to look for them, they call me.

One this job coming up, we sadly had to turn away (5) contractors. They are all really good contractors. Just to many.

Milk was a bad choice?

That’s your opinion and that’s fine… I have a way whereas we are working less and making more. It works for us and as such, many should consider

Just wana nominate this for quote of the year… I swear I’m done now… please proceed

Ok great. If you’re willing to start a new thread called Parking Garages 101, give us 3 basic pieces of information to start with, I will lock the thread for 24 hours to give people interested in picking your brain time think of questions about those three tidbits, nothing else, I’ll personally delete every comment that isn’t about learning about those three things. Not one bit of hassling.

ok guys

I got to go… Do not want someone to say I did not answer anyones questions after I sign off.

Hope everyone is making money…LOTS of money.

Good Night.

This was the first response from @JimGamble that actually made sense, without nonsensical bragging, in this thread. The syntax and language is also vastly different.

I don’t think that the same person is posting on this account…
