We just hired

I get a lot of calls about garages from this BBS…and you know what, I help them for hours on the phone and do not make them come to a class so I can make some money off of them

Nah. People can mute threads if they don’t like them. I’ve done that to about a dozen.

So he is asking for help with a chip on his shoulder. That’s almost as bad as giving help with a chip on your shoulder. Shut one down…:face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I am not asking for help…I have several contractors in line who want to make 5 figures in a few days.

If this is what you got from it, then I apologize. That is not my internet.

What is my intent is letting my fellow contractors know that there is real money out there. Making 50k in a weekend is very possible if you know where to look for it.

It seems that everyone just do not want to believe or simply do not know how to make up to 80 cents a foot. Most Garage Experts go to Standard Parking whereas they make 2-8 cents a foot.

I do not do that. I go to the owners.

Anyway, the point of this post is that contractors have said that they to make good money with me. And with that said, then what I say about the possibilities
of making 50k in a weekend must also be true.

sorry for spell check

Spell check that. OMG, give this man a meddle I am having a blast.

If I were rich, or poor, I would not be taking this abuse. Curious why you are.

I loled

@JimGamble I realize I’m wasting my breath here… but… here goes. I trust Josh. Simple as that. BUT if you’re as good as you say you are and you say you just want to help then just help man.

I could totally handle that, but your own ego has a bald spot from you stroking it so much. Your approach is obnoxious. Incredibly obnoxious.

I could go my entire life without working with you and be happier than a clam, but if you are serious about helping THEN JUST HELP. There are people here that could use YOUR help if they could sit through your self righteous tirades.

There are people here who could really use the information and could probably sit through you telling them how great your business model is if you posted more relevant, educational stuff. But you can’t stop telling everyone how every time you look down you ONE another contract. Or WON time in band camp… you played a show stopping solo. Cool, man.

I’ll make you a deal. I don’t want to be your enemy. And I can promise you I will go my entire career without using any educational information you provide as long as others have success thanks your burning desire to help. Best of luck Gamble.

Gratz, you caught it!

But if that is in someway saying that what I make it not true, then I am not following you.

I really don’t care if someone is a great speller, or if his grammar is perfect. What I do care about is if he is willing to share how he is making 7 figures while working less.

Yep it is…

So how is it done? What is step one?

Step one is that no one is going to hand it to you.

You need to do research on your client. You need to know where they come from, what are their interest. How long have they been working in their position. Find out their interest before you show up.

That is step one.

Do not ask me about step two or about the (7) permits needed for cleaning a Parking Structure of which these Self Proclaimed Parking Experts do not know about…

That’s the way I was taught in Catholic school.

Ya, but by saying that, you really are…

Holy hell… he provided relevant information that can be useful and even gave you folks the proper number of permits to be on the lookout for.

Now you’re providing value. That’s a really good first step in building trust. Can you do more? Because that was a step in the right direction.

I do not know what your race is.

My wife is Chinese and speaks 5 languages.

With a little editing this is the best and most helpful thing you have ever posted in my time on this forum. Good job. Seriously.
