100% agree with that statement. Iā€™m sore as hell this morning.

But Iā€™ll pay twice as much in soap if I didnā€™t have to brush and cut my bottom line by doing so. And be 100% happy with it as a 1 man show. When I get a crew, yeaā€¦they can brush.haha

I did, thatā€™s what pisses me off last night. Doubled my cost for the same results

You might wanna up you acid ,and just run it straight @ 15:1 and do a test. Something isnā€™t making sense. Are you 100% sure your ratio test was pretty accurate?

Like it or not ,heā€™s probably right. But I cheat on new jobs when I can and use another acid as my #1. But with risk ,comes rewards. No brushing. Iā€™d like to get @pressureguy opinion on what he thinks of his 2 step gun on this exact situation. Meaning a brand new contract, and breaking a thick film

I am 100% getting a 2 step gun. Itā€™s just a matter of time before that happens.

Pros and cons on that to. Itā€™s friggin heavy as hell, stuck to 1 length of hose and itā€™s a pain to work on.your psi is dropped way down, But itā€™s efficient as heck and quick. I dunno yet.A good conversation on that topic with @pressureguy is definitely needed @GeorgeNicholson

It definitely wouldnā€™t help me clean this out @ 2000 psi @0700 .Rotten peanuts.

That was me last week. Had to wash a dozer and they pulled the belly pan off to do some work and needed that area clean. So there I am, squatted down like a female on a road trip, dust and grease and grime going all over me and Iā€™m asking myself why I even do this? Washing houses is so much easier. And then I remembered that when I was super slow and just starting out he was one of my first customers and he fills a lot of my downtime. Of course, I donā€™t charge near what you guys do because I donā€™t have hot water.

This old fella is my regular , he always has us wash something weird, stinky ,over the topā€¦ Tractors, personal trucks, atv, utv, boat, combine, his wife, dog, etc. And itā€™s always after weā€™re done doing what we came there to do ,wash trucks. one time he gave me a Benjamin to blow his leaves from his front yard with the PW ,out to the road. Took 15 minutes. I swear he just likes to watch the pw move water. So Iā€™m the same as you @DisplacedTexan . I gotta keep my regulars as happy as I can.

Finished my Vans last night. Had to brush every single one. It sucked but it wasnā€™t horrible. We shall see how it goes in 2 weeks.

Iā€™m assuming youā€™ve talked to Chad ? They have other soaps for white fleets. Sorry about all the brushing. @GeorgeNicholson.

Honestly, it wasnā€™t that bad. Obviously, I never wanna brush but you do what you have to do. Going to call Chad today to see what he would suggest. Or maybe wait till after i clean them again in 2 weeks to see how it goes since the film has been broke and I donā€™t see it getting that thick in 2 weeks.

Pressure Tek has a 24" soft wash brooms. Its Yellow. I got one ,and love it. I think the have 18" as well,I love them more. Get them telescopic Wooster poles at Home depot by the paint department, youā€™ll love them.@GeorgeNicholson

Got me a telescopic pole from Lowes. Itā€™s not a Wooster (if that is the brand you bought) but it is light and comfortable. Our other pole is from the brush we bought, I believe both brushes are 12" though. Definitely need to get me a 18" or 24" on my telescopic. I really think I am going to use the 400 degreaser on these white vehicles where I donā€™t have to worry about any aluminum.

Watch out on using that 400. Too hot and it will strip paint.
