Driving in the rain makes up the film that you’re seeing. It doesn’t happen in two weeks, it takes months and months on your bi-weekly accounts. Forget about it, they’re clean now and just need maintenance washes. You’ll see them slowly and I mean slowly get a film back likely never since you’re going to spend a million dollars hitting them with acid lol
Acid is cheap @ 50:1, and makes the unit look better. You can upstream, Just stop washing when you see your pump parts hit the side of the truck your washing . And ya still have to brush everything, every so often when upstreaming .
Overtime doesn’t the acid negatively effect the paint?
Not if you use it correctly . Especially citric acid.its like you guys using to much SH @Sasquatch
Stopped by CINTAS today to see if they had a dirty truck so I can finally get my demo in. They had a dirty straight truck with bugs all over the place. Going tomorrow to knock that one out and win that contract. If they are truly open to awarding the contract to someone else then I will have this contract 100%. They already said that the guy isn’t showing up weekly like they want and he is blowing off stickers. This should be easy if they aren’t leading me on.
Stopped by another company I have been eyeballing for a month now after seeing if CINTAS had a dirty truck to clean. This company has over 100 pieces, mostly box trucks and straight trucks with 10-15 tractors/trailers. Was going to stop by there 2 weeks ago but decided not to due to laziness. Learned that they awarded a contract last week. Pisses me off being lazy like that and losing out on an opportunity. I passed on my business card and said I would stop by in a couple of months to see if they were still happy.
Also stopped by a large trucking company that has an “outpost” in the town next to me. They had a guy that tried to clean their trucks but they were completely unhappy with the results. Guy left bugs on their tractors and the vendor said he was happy with the results. They gave him another chance and got the same results. They are now using Blue Beacon. I am hoping for a chance at a demo to prove my worth and win that contract.
Well, the trucking company did not want to hire any vendors and would rather use Blue Beacon. I’d love to find out who has given the sour taste in these companies mouth. I’d definitely try to talk them into another profession as they are hurting business for all of us here.
Nice job man!
If you take that Super sonic and mix it at 80 % ,and use a poly sprayer it will make all that go away.
I was just about to PM you about how to get that aluminum to pop a little more, I believe that is what you were talking about right? So, 4 parts supersonic and 1 part water?
Without using HF of course…lol
With your Super sonic. Just gotta get it hot, 80% …I use it on high dollar flatbed frames,it leaves a better shine than HF.
BEFORE
I have a dedicated foamer and just another poly sprayer. Once it is on, how long do you leave it and do you neutralize it with your #2 and then rinse? Or just flash it with that 80% mix and then rinse?
Flash and rinse, glass safe. Might take 2 applications, but after that ,it’s easy maintenance
This is why I love this thread! You are the man. Thanks, I’ll try it on my fleet work next week.
I can’t get super sonic hot enough down streaming like I can HF,so I just poly spray it @ 80%
It will get those white rims shiner as well. That’s why I said to up your super sonic ratio a little bit to see if it helps on those hi vee trucks to help break the first film.
I believe I am pulling straight without a proportioner on it, 15:1 on my supersonic. Will have to check again but that is what it was when I first started down streaming
