I use my last 50 gallons of water to rinse EVERYTHING, and if it’s not stainless steel I mist good ole WD40 on it every single Sunday. It’s my ritual lol; some people grill, I rustproof my tools. OCD from living on a sailboat for 5 years

Thanks for the help what’s the benefit of stainless steel

@Jake_Lambert

Doesn’t rust as quickly, vastly more impervious to SH and other chemicals. Plus it’s shiny

My dad won’t let me use chemicals

@Jake_Lambert
I will talk him into it he’s scared it will get me hurt like my lungs or eyes or something

Wear a respirator and safety glasses. You have to use bleach when washing houses. Not everything can be cleaned with only pressure. You risk damaging property. There’s nothing wrong with using cleaning detergents. You just have to wear the proper PPE. If you aren’t allowed to use them you really need to think about what you’re going to clean because that will really narrow it down. I only say that because that’s how important they are. Maybe detailing cars and cleaning driveways? Call each product by name when talking to your dad. The word chemical kind of sounds harsh to some people. They’re really more of cleaning detergents. Bleach, degreaser, Oxalic, to name a few. We just call everything chems here.

You asked earlier what a jrod was. Just so you know you can click on the little magnifying glass on the right side of the screen by your avatar and search for keywords. Anytime you see a word you’re unfamiliar with type it in there. You’ll end up learning stuff you had no idea you needed to learn. Also, start reading through as many old threads as you can. You’ll learn a ton.
