Powerwash Store

Last year i spent about 13000 dollars with Shaun at the Nashville store. I’ve sent people to him. Now I can’t even get him to return a call after leaving multiple messages and texts. That’s a pretty crappy way to do business. I’ve since started buying from Russ at Southside or paying more and buying local. they won’t get another penny from me. They like to go to all these shows and such I guess that makes them feel important. but if you treat your customers like dirt you’re about as sorry as they come. I’ve never had a gear drive and all I wanted to know was what intervals the gear box oil needs to be changed and what type oil to use. I also wanted to order a recovery system. they lost that sale. I reallly disappointed after spending that much. I like my water dragon and gen 3 but when I replace the pumps I will modify it for fat boys from bob. The one thing I can’t find elsewhere is the apple scent surfactant. I like it better than lemon. They definitely have the worst customer service of any place I’ve done business with

That sucks. I’ve spent over $20k (not with Shaun) AND I was his first customer lol. Not a good look.

Valerie from Southside called me again today saying they want my credit card so they can ship the order still. There’s some weird stuff going on there because I told Russ directly to go ahead and cancel it. The left hand is not talking on the right at southside either.

Y’all need to find a local supplier, in your city there’s probably an awesome local soap company.

Local supplier or Bob at pressure Tek. I’ll never spend money with someone who supports orgs or is a washing contractor

I just placed an order with jracenstien for some f9 and a few odds and ends and was happy with their service. customer service seems to be a thing of the past

I went through the drive through at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen yesterday and they accidentally gave me someone else’s order. I was going to complain but I kinda liked their food better.

You obviously have never dealt with Envirospec. Hands down worst customer service and outright lies.

I did until after calling 3 to 4 times week and multiple texts for the past month and can’t even get a return call or text. everytime I call loni says Shaun is washing. I’m done

I’ve only ordered a few things, but never an issue.

Next time you talk to Bob ask him what changed with the shipping. Use to put an order in at noon and have it the next day where I am. Now takes 3 and sometimes 4 days.

Busy season. Russ took 2-3 days to ship me out a fiver of snotmenade the other day. He said they’re just slammed.

Yep, me too.

It’s just kind of funny to me how we all brag about customers having to wait for 3 or 4 weeks for us to be able to come and wash their property, and yet we gripe and moan and complain about it taking four days to get a product that we order, LOL!

I’m not complaining about that. I’m talking about not having the common courtesy to even return a phone call or text.

Well, I guess I can’t throw stones on this one because I live in a glass house. Plenty of people have called me during the busy season and I have never had the time to even return their phone call. But I’m sure most people are far more organized than I am.
