Ordered EBC from powerwash store 10 days ago. They’re two states north… carton was damaged and UPS wouldn’t ship it. Just got here today. Ordered from Dultmeier yesterday.
Called pws and talked to Shay twice on the same day. Her tone was rude and the 2nd time I called looking for a tracking number she acted like she didn’t know who I was less than 6 hours between calls.
Not a good look. Won’t use them again.
Paul is a great guy but never buy from a vendor that washes also.
I don’t know Paul. I just know my experience with Shay left a lot to be desired.
Paul is the owner. Used to be the main guy at envirospec before it got so bad with the owner cheating people. Started his on business but in the last two years he has let washing contractors buy franchises in other states
I buy a lot from Shaun Gross at the PWS in Nashville and their service is fantastic. Also, I can’t figure out why more people don’t order from Russ at Southside. Never, ever had an issue and they are fantastic to deal with. Just placed an order for Panel Brite and Red Raider and it took 5 minutes over the phone and the order shipped out this afternoon.
I had very bad experience from the Wisconsin store. I won’t buy from them ever again. They sold me a machine with the wrong unloader and tried to make me think it was user error till I realized it was wrong unloader. Then they stopped returning my calls.
I’ve heard great things about red raider and southside

I’ve always felt with Alex at the power wash store and had awesome service! Haven’t bought much other than my gear drive pump.
It’s an awesome product. I keep finding more uses for it.

Personally I don’t have great results with EBC, so I’ll give the check mark to the RR column.
Tried using EBC and EBC restore yesterday on a metal church building that had some of that brown mud staining along the bottom of the building, and EBC wouldn’t touch it. Red Raider took it off immediately.
Both. My wife and I frequently go to Music City for fun, so I stop in when I’m in town. I also call in orders over the phone and because I live so close I usually get them next day. I buy Agent Green and my F-9 products there along with some fittings etc…
