I understand about being busy but from what I understand they’re having inventory problems and he’s spending more time washing than running the store. I understand him trying to make a living but it would not have taken 2 minutes to text back
I thought that was in ya’lls 1st page of the bylaws in the house washing handbook. Humm. 
I love pressure tech and will always be a customer. They had a minor error on a big order I made and they basically bought my order a first class ticket to my door. At no extra charge to me.
I’ve only ever made 2 orders with powerwashstore and they have done me right as well.
1st order was my gear drive udor and all the plumbing.
2nd was 4 cases of f9. The f9 I demanded at my door 2 days later and it was in my shop the next day (1 day early)…
PowerWashStore will never get any business from me again. After sending them 17k for a skid I ordered their niceness wore off. They sarcastically started calling me sir. I ordered 4 reels for the skid that were to be placed on the passenger side of the truck and they put them in the back. 90% of the homes I have to park in the street so its time consuming to bring the hoses to the back of the truck. They said nothing could be done because it was built already. Then they wanted 1700 to ship and i called fedex and they shipped it for 320 dollars. A gas cap broke while being shipped and I called them. They told me because i didn’t use their shipping company, i had to pay for cap. Now thats good customer relations, 17 grand and they couldn’t send me a gas cap. Here is the best. Two and 1/2 hours on the 690 honda engine and it blows up. Instead of taking care of the problem they wouldn’t even answer my calls. I called Pressure Pro and they wanted to know if I changed changed the oil of if i removed the pump cap and a few other stupid questions. Nobody wanted to take care of the machine because they didn’t build the skid. I finally got a hold of Tony Ansaldo from Power Wash Equipment Co and he was nice enough to fix it for me and he pushed me right in. He was backed up 2 weeks at the time and fixed it in 2 days. Honda didnt tighten a few nuts when the built the machine. Power Wash Equipment Co has all my future business.

You didn’t give them specs on where to put the reels? Everyone I’ve ever seen has the reels on the side except for the short bed ones.
I talked to them because my orders have been delayed. They said a change in the tax code makes them ship some items twice. Something to do with drop shipping.
Huh?! 
Instead of drop shipping the item they have to receive it and then ship it.
Next you’ll be saying they charge sales tax! 
That is pure BS…

I talked to a friend that drop ships in his auto parts business… that’s 100% bs they told you.
Unless there is a special section in the tax code for just pressure washing businesses lol

I’m not worried about a shipment not coming right away or being behind the curve. But don’t tell me one thing and do another. And don’t blame your employees. It’s your company!
If they had told me they were behind I would’ve had to go elsewhere, but instead they told me last minute that it hadn’t even shipped. Then they quoted some astronomical amount for next day shipping.
Just ordered this 2 hours ago and paid $78 for 2 day shipping… don’t make promises you can’t keep. Simple. Under promise. Over deliver. Always.

If I don’t order something in time I’ll own it. If I order something and I’m promised a tracking number. Do what you say you’re going to do.
