Newbie Setup

Newbie here. I started my PW business about 7 months ago. My current set up is a 525 gallon buffer tank, 250 gallon chem tank(currently not on the trailer), a 6.5 gpm 3600, 5.6 gpm 3500, 3 hose reels, 24" Whisper Washer on a dual axle trailer. Any suggestions on what to add/take away or move to make it more efficient or just overall better. Thanks

You need larger tanks. Lol jk

Where to you keep your chems? I didn’t see a downstream in injector, so are you X-jetting or is it just off at the moment? What do you clean most often? Your build is built for you to be efficient so it really depends on what you clean, how you like it, and any physical constraints.

Won’t a chem tank that size require a Hazmat once you add any amount of SH to it even it it isn’t holding more than 1000 lbs because it has the potential to carry over 1000lbs of SH?

I thought I read that here. Can somebody confirm this?

I bought this setup used and haven’t changed changed a thing except remove the chem tank. Chems I keep in the bed of the truck. I x-jet when I need a hotter mix but for the most part downstream. Residential is mostly what we do but this setup works great for commercial. I have watched that awesome video @Racer put up numerous times and have decided to completely rebuild it instead of using the current configuration.
