But you at least have to spell neighbors correctly…

 Busted! I’m picturing yard signs in Florida with ‘Your local neighbourhood power washer’ on them.

Tell us a story. Better be a good one.

Ladies and gentlemen, hobos and aunts, crosseyed mosquitoes and bowlegged pants. I stand before you to sit down behind you to tell you a story I know nothing about. One day, two dead boys were up to bat, back to back but having each other, pulled out there swords and shot each other. A deaf policeman heard the noise and came to see the two dead boys. If you don’t believe my story’s true, go ask the blind man, he saw it too.

Hello! My name is Nick. I am over 50 and have been in residential and commercial construction for over 30 years. Recently retired from construction due to health reasons but, still need to make money to pay the bills so I started my power washing company here in Colorado. I needed to find something that wouldnt take a toll on my body like construction has. My business is family owned and operated and i am looking to scale up from a one to two man crew with a nice size rig to larger crews and more rigs over the next few months. Looking for information regarding solvents and solution ratios as well as price points for my area. I’ve done some research on these but would like to see what the comps are and what y’all use that works best. I have some apartment complexes i will be putting bids in on that work by contract so would like to see if anyone has any info on that as well. I use a contract for all my clients. Currently bidding a lot of commercial. Havent found an easy way to get into residential due to many HOA communities here and their restrictions. I would appreciate any advice from those of you that have been around in this business for a while.
Thanks in advance.

Howdy yall! My names Tim and recently started up Bee Clean Power Washing. Servicing south east Tennessee. I worked with my late Uncle on a few jobs back in the day. He had a great set up. Trailer, heater, tank etc. However, I decided to start off small and went with a 4000psi 4GPM Power Horse and will be working out of my truck. As a First Responder, I have the perfect schedule for a side gig. My best friend started as a PW in college and now owns a million dollar contracting and snow removal business. I hope to be as successful as him. I got my licenses, insurance, designed business cards, website and started making flyers on my computer and began hanging them door to door yesterday (while my Wife pushed the baby in the stroller lol) I appreciate the wealth of knowledge from this forum and everyone’s friendliness. Hope ya’ll have a great one!

New guy here… Name is Matt, located in PA. 4gpm belt drive on a little trailer. Got some good advice from the folks here. Looking forward to learning more. Waiting on some fittings and stuff to clean up the plumbing.

I am a college student trying to start a business! I am from North Georgia. I have less than a year of experience on my hands but I’ve done about 10 jobs so far, I’m currently running a 2.5 GPM GX160, I am going to be upgrading very soon though. I really want to scale up and get a trailer build, I also want to become more efficient so I can just go faster. Anyway that just a bit about me!

Is that a mulch trailer (dump trailer with tarp)? The trailer with the tractor, does that have a mesh ramp? I’ve never seen a dump trailer with a mesh ramp.

Sorry, been looking for a 2 axle dump trailer lately, so my eye was drawn there.

Water is 8 lb a gallon, static weight of a full leg tank filled with water would be ok with those 1" straps. Dynamic weight (slamming on brakes at speed), don’t know but I would guess it isn’t rated. Get 2" straps and never worry, or get chains. If you drain it everytime then I wouldn’t worry about it at all.

It is a “mesh ramp.” But it has the heavier duty equipment ramps under the mesh.

Kinda like this:

Yeah probably should just get the 2" webbing. They are currently cheap 500lb WLL. I do have nice 833lb WLL… But you’re right better safe than sorry.

That trailer needs a few hours with some steel and a welder before I would pull it

I’m confused…? The dump trailer or my little guy? Mine I could see lol… But considering the dump has never had any issues and was made by professional trailer manufacturer… What would you do that would make it better/safer? Not trying to be an @$$ but I genuinely would like to know what they did wrong or could have improved on.

The question is if he kicked it and said “that’ll hold” after he welded it. If not then the whole thing has to be rebuilt
