NEW BULLETPROOF DS Injector has ARRIVED!

Ahh ok I don’t believe they are Kynar. I’ll ask Dema what plastic they use on theirs. Not sure if you run theirs or not but I’d like to know for myself since I do use them. Text me some pics of the seal if you crack it loose will ya

@Innocentbystander My other thought would be since the seals are one time use only and you removed the body of the check valve in order to remove debris out. You’re getting water not through the ball and seat but through the seal and CV body

It might be. The screw in proportioners are from dultmier and are listed as kynar I believe, but I may be wrong. No way to replace the seat you sent me with out unscrewing the the check valve. I didn’t notice any one time use seals so it’s possible. I just saw an oring.

The seat and seal are one in the same. Seat would be the only part of the seal that contacts the ceramic ball. The seal would be the part as a whole. Sorry I didn’t explain that better.

Just curious, if this injector is drawing ~.8%, why are you using a proportioner to dilute it further? I thought you were using an 8gpm?

It pulls way more than a GP and I use reducers on them. On this one, I have to reduce the intake even more. I don’t know what the ratio is, but if you DS with the bullet proof injector without a reducer you could almost wash a roof. It is great on tennis courts

Running 12.5 in a 15 gallon pail with elemonator and using the injector. So far so good. I have no basis of comparison really as I’ve changed way too many variables all at once since upgrading but it’s been doing it’s thing at around 40 degrees outside.

That last pic had me thinking of a shiny penny. Bravo good sir!

Purple metering tip is just right for housewash mix on 8.5 gpm. Cleaned a large concrete manufacturing facility with no metering tip and it did great with fresh SH. Didn’t need the 12v.
