NEW BULLETPROOF DS Injector has ARRIVED!

My brother has a Jeep. Oil cooler cracked at 70k and he had to put in a new engine. Luckily, baby brother wouldn’t sell him the Jeep if he didn’t buy the lifetime warranty. $3k warranty has saved him nearly $20k in work already and the thing has barely rolled 100k lol

That grill/hood line reminds me of an old Wagoneer that my mom had back in the day. Wish she would’ve kept that one. Those things are redonkulous in price nowadays.

Jeeps are the most unreliable, pain in the neck contraptions to own, but I’ve had a bunch, and my current one is 70 years old.

You don’t have to tell me. My mom has only purchased one new car in here life and that Jeep was a nightmare. Couldn’t kill the 4.0 but literally everything else around it was just awful. They are pretty sweet when they are working and doing fun stuff like wheeling and whatnot. I think you’re a Toyota guy, too. Check out what my nephew just picked up as a toy:

I like my Toyotas. I have bought one new vehicle in my life but I have owned a lot of cars. I spent an hour at the dealership today specing out a maverick. I think I want one. All that time and then they tell me I have to do it again when the order window opens in September and 90% of the folks won’t have their order accepted and build time may be a year. I am going this weekend to get another Tacoma. I thought I would be happy with a 4runner but it isn’t the same.

I know a guy that’s been hunting a Maverick for months and can’t get one anywhere. Apparently they’re pretty sought after right now. I really like the 4runners. Have been trying to talk my wife into getting one for her mom car but she wants a Yukon. Oh well maybe someday I’ll get one for me lol those Tacoma’s are sweet. I can’t wait to drive his. It’s a manual and just looks like a blast to rip around the trails in.

Nice! Not real interested in anything less than 20 years old when it comes to Jeeps. I don’t want any wires running to the doors, defeats the purpose, lol. I like the old half hard/half canvas doors too. I prefer the shorter wheel base, those long Jeeps are hell on tight trails and in the rocks (with less than 40s)…

Doors, I barely got seats. A half inch socket swivel is the steering knuckle. This was literally on a pallet in pieces when I got it lol.

I check in after a few hours on the injector and suddenly we’re talking about Jeeps.

Very curious about the straight pull ratio.

Mine didn’t pull worth a crap, but it had 35" tires and needed regearing. Worked well in the rocks though :joy:

Just conducted my test.

10 gpm machine
1/2 hose 200 ft worth

083 Injector placed 2 ft from reel inlet.
4 ft 1/4 kuritec suction hose

I filled a measuring cup with ounce indicators up to 8oz. I started the timer when it hit 6 ounces, and ended at 2 ounces so that I could correctly calculate 4 ounces worth of draw in the middle of the draw cycle which should remove the factor of a empty draw hose so we should be getting true numbers.

It took the wide open injector 4.2 seconds to draw 4 oz of fluid exactly.

Calculating this with gallons per minute, that’s 57 oz per minute.

that’s a 22-1 ratio if my math serves me right. 22 gallons of water to pull 1 gallon of chemical.

With pulling 12.5% SH straight, thats a .56 strength applied at 10 gpm.

Also, during my test, I wanted to see if I could get the ceramic ball stuck. I tested this by opening and closing the ball valve after the injector pulled 2 oz repeatedly. after about 10 cycles, the ball did not get stuck. I will note that I started and stopped my machine at low RPM but had it max throttle during the test and started and stopped my machine with the ball valve open to prevent a pressure spike within the lines.

So that’s my test with the injector Not metered on 10 gpm 3500 psi

I’ll edit this post with the video link here once it finishes uploading to my google drive

Two things impressed me with your testing. Timing 4 oz worth of chemical injection is really breaking out the monocle, lub it. That reinforced Kuritec is business, equally lub it. I really believe I can get your 10gpm to pull a 6:1, hang tight. You’ll be the first to know when I have one for you to test. We sure need to get you the proper adapters to do a jump size for your hose ie female threaded plug and socket with 1/2" faceless reduction bushings

You can cut your hose end at an angle to keep from sucking in a wall

Anyone have 8gpm test data yet? 22:1 won’t work for me.

Lol savage

Happy to try out the 6:1 injector. I can send back mine and we can swap

Not after you marred up your check valve body not using the right tool to disassemble it. I’ll let you borrow the 6:1 how about that?
