NEW BULLETPROOF DS Injector has ARRIVED!

I’ll leave it as is and test mine tomorrow. It will be running at 10gpm, 3500 psi, 200 ft of half-inch hose, pressure trap unloader

Around 3400-3600. It wasn’t my intention to say anything on the forum. It’s trial and error and I knew you would work it out.

To get rid of those brass adapters. That’s about the cheapest I’ve been able to find those fittings which is pretty rare with Grainger. They’re normally double everywhere else in my experience.

No worries at all! Very easy fix for what you encountered. I don’t want to get into having two seats cut on both sides of the seal then placing the best seat angle facing up for a machine that is built with XYZ then flipping it for another machine set up with HIJ so we’re doing our best to come up with an engineered solution that gives us a happy medium for all users.

To ALL interested parties!!! Obviously sales are halted for the time being until the new seals are turned. For the purchasers that are uninterested in swapping out seals themselves when the new ones arrive I will gladly pay for shipping both ways and change them over for you to the new design when I get them in. You can mail yours back to me now if you so wish. If you don’t mind a DIY I will send you new seals to cover the amount of injectors you have.

Bigger ball or smaller opening. It pulls a lot of fluid thru it for sure.

Can you start your spray, dislodge ball, connect hose then draw test ounces per minute through chemical inlet? Just so we at least can get the ratio with an 8gpm machine

Yeah those brass were ones I had laying around

I fell once you send out those new seals. Should be as easy as a dental stick to pull the old one out and push the new one in

They drop in a little easier than they come out. When the seal is first crushed the outer diameter enlarges and it will grab the threaded wall. Just a touch stubborn to get out no big deal but I totally get it if one feels the service should be on me. All this is IF your particular setup lodges the ball!

I’m gonna post my review here. It shows the numbers on my pull

And that injector isn’t even tuned for high draw. I’d love to see them run together on an 8gpm unmetered. Trust I am working diligently to rectify the ball lodging. I’m confident it will be an easy fix.

I’ll test mine tomorrow without a metering tip

All I saw was “Jeep parts”…

That box is older than some guys on this forum
