Local guy has it figured

No lies just what ive gathered from reading your posts. Call me all you want on the internet but everything i said was from post you have typed up and posted on this site.

Wasnt even trying to upset you are call out your “character” was just saying $150 is a good price for the work you would do own any size house.

I can’t even begin to fathom what kind of a delusional egotist you have to have to be tell someone who’s helpful, sincere, and been in the business for some 20 odd years that his workers are unskilled and his quality of work poor, when you yourself are doing this part-time and running a single machine on wheels that’s strapped down to your trailer. You’ve made your lack of character obvious.

Never said that.

Lol, we know that is a lie. No more conversation with you know that I know your character. Feel free to post though where I stated a don’t pump spray garage trim, and all that other stuff. I truly hope you have been drinking or just having a bad day. One thing I’ve never had one customer question is the quality of work.

Yes you did.

I said compared to the guys here charging alot higher price for a house wash his quality of work would be considered poor based on the posts he makes…

Think he meant his people skills suck

I took it as “Your people’s skill sucks”. Hard to read his pathetic typing. Anyways he’s talking about how his quality of work is low which directly relates to the skill of the workers. I don’t really care what he says anymore he’s obviously a moron.

Whatever buddy. His workers seem like quality guys. I wouldnt say something bad about people ive never talked too. They follow his orders and his systems and if you would ever read on here about what he tells them"if i ever seen my guys soaping from bottom up id have a hissy fit" and what his systems are like “i do not wash brick and make it clear in my estimate” He’s focused on speed not quality.

@Innocentbystander I will say though, if I could get enough $150 houses in the next county over, I’d probably do it. Me and my tech can do a 2,500 sq’ house in about 30 mins start to finish. I’ve actually considered starting another wash business as a dba with a generic name, cheap prices, limited services and market to 1 and 2 story houses on a slab. Stupid easy to train techs to do, no ladders because of not doing gutters or roofs, and send them out in cheap work vans or service bodies with just cold water machines.

Im off here… Later tough guys

??? You must be suffering from short-term memory loss.

Also what guys do you have? Last I checked you’re running a single 4gpm machine doing this part-time. You have multiple guys working for you? Are you really incapable of handling a single machine by yourself?

Damn boys y’all are out here acting like hot-headed Texans. That’s my job. Cut it out.

Im starting to think you cant read.

I don’t think that’s a fair statement but I don’t think you meant like it reads. As long as he makes it known what he will wash in the estimate and, they accept it, they can’t complain that the brick didn’t get washed. Speed doesn’t mean you do low quality work. I don’t wash windows and I tell them exactly that if they ask. I can be in and out a lot faster and make more money if I don’t. That doesn’t mean I do low quality work on the services we agreed upon. They can always decline my estimate, find someone who will do the whole shebang, or hire a window washer afterwards.

I don’t think you meant he does low quality work but rather is more selective on what services he provides and it’s probably based on speed and efficiency. His business model works for him. Different business models don’t mean different quality of work. Sure, it can, be that would be an assumption. I just think you could’ve worded it differently. Oh, and maybe don’t go kayaking and drinking before posting. :grinning:

Or maybe I just read your post before you went back and edited it with quotation marks.

I think @Grizz meant quality of work in as services offered he did specify directly after
quote=“Grizz, post:33, topic:20785”]
But your quality of work is low…so the price fits. You dont do brick, hardi, gutter brightening, wood, etc

The furniture is an unfair accusation as some people don’t listen when notices are put out.

If it’s vinyl you are going to have to wipe at some time.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. I just think he worded it wrong.

Too lazy to post it, so use your imagination and…
