How do you clean expensive homes with hardieboard and a lot going on?

Yes. If you use high pressure on them.

Fortunately never damaged a clients house. Stripped oxidation on my own last year, but never on a clients. I have heard the horror stories of customers telling me about their “last guy” who washed the house and the busted windows and damaged screens. I recently lost the bid on a job due to price only to discover that the company that won the bid actually melted part of the vinyl siding from facing the exhaust of their wheeled around washer towards the house from only a foot or so away.

lol so what do you guys do for gutters?

@bleachblaster There is a lot of discussion on gutters on the forum. Here’s a few. Use the search feature and then if you can’t find what you’re looking for either comment on the thread or start a new one. All good either way. Cheers.

I like that you’re putting links out there for the new guys to read and making them put a little effort into it if they want the answer. Way better than the old “use the search” stuff.

I use my house wash on gutters. If they are bad I put more SH in it. If they are not coming clean ds straight SH. Usually always works by then.

We don’t have an outlet for BS anymore @Hotshot the rubber scrubbers thread has fallen off a cliff, search and rescue needs to be called, you can only talk about 4/4000 pressure washers one here for so long lol

I aint slipping away at all! I truly enjoy the rubber scrubber life. But if I can do 2 or 3 vinyl siding jobs a month I’d be happy with that as well. I just don’t ever seeing myself going to the SH squirter life, it’s just not for me.

I don’t know if I can be involved in another revival. The last one got me a message from the big Chihuahua that was deleted before I got to read it. Still wonder what it said.
