Just received my first 5 gallons of EBC, what is the actual dilution rate on the concrete? Trying to figure out if I can downstream it, xjet it or if I need to pump spray it. Searching is non functioning for me, I’m sure it’s here but I can’t search it. I’d like to know the EBC to water rate that needs to hit the concrete for gas station concrete cleaning. Thx!!

What size machine you using? Or what’s your ds ratio?
@Racer
6.8gpm. DS ratio is 11:1. But what I’m looking for is how much ebc per gallon of water needs to hit the ground.
about .075% - I mix mine just a tad stronger. With you machine put about 8-9oz/per gal
@Racer
So if I put 10 gallons of water on the concrete it will take 80oz of EBC?!?!? If so I wasted my money on this bucket, it’s cost prohibitive. Maybe I’m not making myself clear lol. I don’t want to know how to mix it to downstream, I’m looking to find out how much EBC should be coming out of my tip as I’m spraying.
I just told you. Read the link up above. If you’re applying direct - put 8oz in 10 gallons. Don’t know how to make any clearer. .008 But this is for general maintinence cleaning
Power Solve from Hydro Chem is way better than EBC and cost $45 for a 5 gallon pail.
Really? I give it a shot cause EBC is EXPENSIVE
Ok that seems more reasonable, 8 oz per 10 gallons! Before you said 8-9pz per gallon! I was about to send it back .
That was answering Max who is ds at 11-1
I’ll check into that, I’ve tried lots n lots of degreasers, spent hundreds n hundreds of dollars and nothing works better that totally awesome . I get it for $2 a gallon! But sooooo many people rave about EBC I just gotta try it.
5 gal of EBC will generate me $5-$10k. At the lower number that makes my cost at less than 2%.
Now that’s more like it😂. You had me really worried!
I buy power solve because it’s local and because it works better then EBC.
There HCS 400 is definitely the best degreaser on the market. It’s HOT
Power solve, like EBC is a little more friendlier though.
EBC is not “The best” degreaser out there. There are tons of others that will get the job done. EBC is user friendly, safe for you, the environment and is a concentrated so it goes a long way.
Totally awesome is sold @ dollar general friend, for Betty boop house hold stuff. Hydrochem is what you need in the real world. HCS 400 degreaser. $270 ish will get you 55 gallons on concentrate. Mix it at 3% and its 10 times stronger than any crap you get at box stores. @ 30% it will degrease any engine I’ve came across. @ 40 % it will melt a 5th wheel.
Man thats some scary stuff i spilled a gallon of hydrofluoric acid in the back of my truck just now and spent the last hour rinsing it out hoping to god it doesn’t ruin my truck paint or aluminium bumper. 20 mule team borax was the only thing i had near by that might neutralize it.
Be careful with that stuff man, That crap ain’t no joke buddy. Neutralize with any high ph soap or degreaser to keep it from eating.
