Church Building Cleaning. Help, Please!

What would be best mix,to clean this stuff?

Pre-wet and use 4% sh mix…you’ll need a lift and itll take about 1500 psi to get it clean

Just curious but what’s the purpose of pre wetting for this application?

??? What do u mean?

The org you mentioned has helped destroy this industry with shopping bmps to sell reclaim. But I was referring to the lunancy of teaching that wetting brick before you spray bleach in it and rinsing it keeps efflorescence and minerals from coming out.

Why we using SH on everything? They make actual brick cleaner. Down stream it wait rinse and go about your day.

Pre-wetting sounds like a good way to dilute the solution you are spraying and decrease its effectiveness.

I’ve had issues from not pre wetting in the past… also they claim you use less detergent because you lose a ton from the dry brick soaking it up… in this situation you use sh instead of a brick cleaner because its an organic groweth

What caused that in that particular spot? Any idea. You’re probably going to need to hit it 2-3 times, with about 5-10min in between with your SH mix before you attempt to rinse off. If you can figure out what caused it, will help decide which surfactant to use.

Box and remote are ordered. I’ll call the other supplier tomorrow and see about the stuff.

That looks like old limestone. Limestone is soft and porous. Apply 4 to 6% sh mix and rinse the brick and limestone with medium pressure. I did not pre-wet in the video. Be very careful, you will leave wand marks on the limestone if you get too close while using too much pressure.

SMH. You didn’t help your cause mentioning his name.

Doesn’t he have something to do with KFC?

@Jdemp

I don’t even think downstreaming neat SH will get that.

Do you have a 12v system too? That would be the way to go, hot.

Otherwise, it’s a lift/platform job.
