Best place to buy a new Washer?

Possibly. But you posted some crap equipment. Unloaders hanging off pumps, bolted on tabs for anchor points, stamped skids, fake specs, belt guards booked on crooked. Today’s just what you can see from the pics. Imagine what you would find in person. I believe in buying quality and try to encourage others to as well.

PressureTek and Diego sell that, too.

I do, too. And I know PressureTek has great supplies and I’m sure Diego does, too.
But so does BCE.

That may be, but BCE hasn’t posted any of their quality equipment on their website so we can see it.

You do say that everyone has junk except Diego lol! Does he have naked photos of you?

I’m really not saying that. He sells landa equipment also and I wouldn’t but those. I know there are probably other guys that build good equipment. There’s a guy named Magnum or something like that in Knoxville that built good equipment. I know Diego’s custom machines are good because I’ve built them, helped on design, and used them for over two decades.

So does that mean that when I buy a box truck in new jersey, and drive to north Carolina for Diego, I can bug you on how to set it all up correctly before road tripping across the country to Alaska? Because as of right now, that’s a loose plan of mine… :joy:

Don’t buy a truck from Jersey, rust city man, rust city. Find you a truck down here and get Diego to mount everything for you. Honestly, if I lived in Alaska the last thing I would want to do is pressure wash. I don’t like pressure washing in general, but I couldn’t do it where the weather wasn’t conducive.

The way I see it, I’m doing seasonal work that has the opportunity to replace my current work. Or i can continue doing what I’m doing currently, which is work on a boat 2 weeks on, and this as a side gig during my 2 weeks off. Ive reliably made 4-6k my off weeks my very first summer working 2-3 days each two weeks off.

Being home all the time sounds awful nice for helping out with the kiddos. They don’t like their dad being gone for 2 weeks at a time. Even with me being a relatively salty sailor my glass ceiling isn’t anywhere near as high as pressurewashing is. I’m not the biggest fan of it either but if it gives me the capability to earn more money than Ive ever made in my life AND have free time to go on adventures and travel with the family I’m gonna do it. Ive done way harder work for much less :joy:

8, 9, 10, 12, 15 gpm cold pressure washers Pressure-Pro, PSI, AaLadin, Alkota. (pressurewasherproducts.com)

That’s a terrifying idea. Last time I bought a vehicle out of state it was great for the test drive, then it overheated all the way home on the interstate… after I already ‘owned’ it. Nowadays I have 2 vehicles, both turnkey ready. If one needs parts, I go get them with the other one. They also both have a 1-7/8" hitch to hook the trailer to. Or better yet, to UN-hook the trailer from. Build a trailer dude! You won’t regret it. You could build 2 & still have money left over with a backup at the ready. I love my open 4x7. Just my 3 cents.

The environment I live in is not conducive to open trailers and trailers in general are a pain in the butt. Long windy driveways and cramped living spaces make for an annoying work day. Had a 6x10 and absolutely hated it. Loading everything into my truck is great parking wise, but security and the elements absolutely destroy everything out here. It rains or has some sort of precipitation like 300 days a year up here.

Now I just want a box truck i can lock up and keep out of the rain while im working my other two weeks on job. That and the whole not loading/unloading every time I’m going out to pressurewash. Will save me a ton of garage space. I’ll still keep my backup stuff so I can run my 4/4000 unit out of the back of my f150 but would just be nice for a dedicated rig.

What kind of trailer are you pulling with a 1 7/8"

I always find good deals on trucks, knives and other stuff on govdeals.net .

Fair enough!

Dang and I thought i had the small trailer. 5x8 that I built myself. It has a high pressure washer and a 12v system with a buffer tank and solution tank. Not one of the big boys but stays busy enough to get the jobs I need.

You have a picture? I’d love to see it. I’ll be getting a trailer soon and would love to see a small trailer setup.

I wouldn’t consider anything about my rig ‘advisable’ but it definitely falls into the ‘small trailer setup’ category. There are plenty of jobs I wouldn’t have been able to get to with a bigger trailer but I’ve also passed up jobs because I couldn’t haul a big load of water, so there are always trade-offs. It started as a 4gpm direct drive rig & ended up as a 6.8gpm gear drive on a generator frame. I have a few more adjustments I plan on making soon but it works for me.
