@anon37135677 on average what percent of customers do you think you get to use your services again with the automatic follow up reminders?
No idea, I didn’t use a CRM last year.
That probably also depends on location. Dry climates, people may not use you for the same service for a few years. Down here in Georgia, it’s wet and humid all year, but most houses still only need washing every 1.5-2 years when washed correctly, at least in Northeast GA.
I personally use Markate, but haven’t been doing follow up reminders like a should. I do occasionally send out a mass email to all past customers, and it always gets me a couple jobs. The best part of a decent crm is requesting reviews. They get a request for review via either email or text after they pay, and I also have “thank you” postcards that send out automatically after a payment is made. It hits their mailbox about a week after, and also asks for a review.
To get this thread back on track, my average for 2019 was $333. I plan on buying a di tank and wfp this year to add exterior window cleaning as an add-on only option to house washing. Bumping my average up $100 would bring in another $20-25k or more this year even if I don’t grow any and just maintain last year’s number of house washes. Not planning on being stagnant this year though.
