We did alot of window add ons last year as well. It was a solid money maker. Some of the jobs I could just 12 volt pure water on the windows after and they came out perfect! Probably waisted alot of water that way but I saved alot of time as well.

Good to hear! Windows typically come out almost spotless for me, even in the middle of the summer, just due to extremely low tds and minimal surfactant. A simple di tank would probably last a good while. I’ve got a guy, who’s a friend of my good tech, who wants to work for me too. Maybe have 1 guy on the house, one on the drive (I get a lot of driveway add-ons), and one doing windows. Could potentially increase hourly by $150 at the cost of another $15-18/hr tech, plus another $2-3/hour for fica taxes and workman’s comp. I’ve got an aodd pump I could disconnect from the 1/2” kuri tec, turn the psi down, and hook to a 1/4” flexilla to pull straight out of the pw buffer tank instead of running another garden hose off the house.
