Where to buy SH for roof mix?

Are you telling me that here in NY I can get SH cheaper than you can? That’s almost unheard of why that’s borderlining blasphemy… Lol.
I guess it boils down to individual states and shipping costs… Of course with every delivery we have a container and or a pallet deposit. You get that back when you return it so I did not include that in the cost.

That’s a good pool cleaning employee.
You should have just asked the boss where he buys his stuff, is he making a profit on it or is it at cost? I pay $1.075/gallon

I had to negotiate the barrel and tote fee out by virtually selling my soul to my supplier.

That’s dramatic, but I’ve guaranteed to buy no less than 110 gallons monthly for at least 8 months annually and they can take the old barrels or totes (they deliver these to the job site and take and dispose of anything left over) when they bring the new one.

See how complicated that is. lol they’re pretty darn protective of their barrels. I shouldn’t complain though. They’ve been good to me. Even offered to buy my other chems and stock them if I bought regularly.

He has it delivered in bulk by the tank truck load

I have been doing some research for a side business, I live in Kernersville, NC and was looking for a supplier. I found a manufacturer in Hamlet called Trinity manufacturing they make 10%-15%. I found the price on the 5gal and 55gal but have been searching the web to much and misplaced it. But maybe it will be of use to you.

It’s a sad day when pool supply stores ask what sodium hypochlorite is used for :fearful:

I buy 55 gal drums of 15% sodium Hyperchlorite from haviland here in Michigan. You should be able to find suppliers in most states. After tax, shipping costs, and barrel deposit, I pay about $130 per drum.

I mix that 30% bleach - 70% water. I also use a thickener.

Nice, you got a supplier AND a client :+1:

I know this is an older post, but worth a shot. Does anyone know if Pinch-A-Penny, in Florida is 10% or 12.5%? When I ask them, they just think that I am asking if it’s been diluted with water.

Florida law is 10% max i believe. I’ve never found anything stronger.
