This logic is unreal. We got caught lying but you guys ruined the industry by reporting it. Who thinks that way. Why do you feel the need to take up for this guy? No one else in the PWN@ has except Jim. You don’t need permission to post emails that come from gov’t officials. Post what ever you want to. I hope this shuts the PWN@ down and makes Robert go away for good. Maybe then we can focus on shutting down the UAMCC and have a lot less drama all the way around.
I’m not into posting peoples emails unless they give me permission. I have a couple that has Richard Boon on them. If one of these sides give me permission I’ll post them.
I can tell you this. Richard Boon & staff new and discussed the bmp’s in there. What I don’t have is Tony & Scott’s emails. Waiting for the FOIA to get them.
Either way the damage is done by the same few(2-3 people)who attacked our Vegas event by making extremely unprofessional phone calls that were out right lying accusations on them.
As long as the Industry knows who these 2-3 individuals who do these type of things are then who ever does the events in the future can put systems in place to protect them from getting there event damaged by these guys.
As for who those 2-3 guys are…almost everyone knows now.

My point John. Robert lied as to what went on with OC. Period end of story. Your Vegas nightmare was a travesty for Vegas contractors and an attempt to screw Tony and the industry. That is not what is being talked about in this thread. It is about the wrongdoing of the pwn@. You don’t need Boon’s permission to post his emails. The damage was done by Robert, not others reporting it. Why cannot you not see that. This is the same as someone robbing a store, you catching them, and then you being the bad guy for catching them. I can’t continue this anymore. It is like talking to a telephone pole. I am just glad ever one got to see what Robert and the PWN@ are up to. Carry on.
Don’t agree with your statements William especially concerning Vegas because I was a part of that. You’ll just have to wait to read the emails when they go out. I’m also expecting to get another 450 page rambling manuscript on all this again that will be deposited in the trash can.
Since Robert created these two org’s, the one thing I will say is that he created 1 to many after the first one was already well established. The second org he created his shadow will always loom over it and that burns those guys up. They should’ve started there own org without anything to do with Robert. I also take some blame on that since I donated money to them and knowing what I know today it was a STUPID thing to do.
Everything else we’ll have to agree to disagree.

Scott Stone has posted on the Net he is willing to send me his emails that went to Richard Boon. I’m going to text him that I’ll take them. I won’t post them but I sure as heck want to read them and then compare them to what I already have.

I have received Scott’s “Lone email” to Richard Boon. I do not know if Scott has posted his email anywhere on the net but I am going to keep my promise to him as to how this is handled.
I’m still looking for some more info on this but I can tell you guys this… It looks to be an opportunity lost. These 2 org’s should either learn how to work together or just do their own thing and leave the other org out. That’s what it looks like so far. I also stand by my earlier remark…there will be no winners here. The workshop is canceled.

I am just relieved that the truth came out about Tony Shopping for BMP’s throughout Northern and Southern California. With Tony admitting to being just 5 miles from Orange County Offices and just a few months prior to OC contacted the PWNA. All of this going on while his UAMCC members publicly asked him to stop shopping BMP’s, he continued anyway.
I know that when I meet with AHJ, we usually do not meet in their offices. We usually meet at a public place for lunch at a restaurant or at Starbucks for some coffee ( Dutch Treat of course). In my 25+ years of dealing with the AHJ, only 2 times did I ever meet them at their office for an official meeting and that was with other officials and contractors. Whenever it was one to one, we always met at a public place that the AHJ.
I think that answers the question of who you were talking about…

To take your words literally, you are backing up what Tony has stated - he visited with AHJs to ask questions.
To guess what you are trying to imply by ‘shopping for BMPs’ - the UAMCC has no BMPs to shop.
