The UAMCC was re-started by Carlos. Who forged names (2 transition team members) on documents to get the proper paperwork. FACT!
The UAMCC banned Ron from the BBS and I believe as a member at one time. Fact!
The UAMCC doesn’t even have all the records (financial, etc) according to BOD from the early years. FACT!
Who does the UAMCC have on its Environmental Committee now that Robert has left?
Under its current leadership threats have been made. And it continues. Its lost the contractor for contractor factor. Its more like Vendors for Contractors. Its an Org that started with lies and it should end. Period. Just my opinion.

You would know more about the early days than me, I think I remember you were involved in the transition team or fundraising? No? I don’t think I joined straight away. I think I joined in order to attend the convention - it was pretty much on my doorstep. Pretty sure I didn’t renew after the first year… JL nominated me to run for BoD position, I ended up turning the nomination down as I was only a year or two in the biz and didn’t see it fit someone with so little experience running.

Please help me understand how the UAMCC made the PWN@ lie. This is not about them. Don’t get me wrong. I wish they would go away as well, but one at a time. Regardless of what they did, they did not make Robert lie.

I am in Northern California. This is not my assigned area. This is Southern California. So I was not involved 100% I was advised at times. I had no contact with OC.
I will tell you this…I as well as some of the BODS have seen the emails from OC to Robert. Question has been put that maybe we should post them? While others say we should just let you guys dig a whole like you did when it was said the PWNA first contact OC when in fact, it was OC first that contacted PWNA.
To be honest, I don’t know how we should proceed at this time, its like were hold 4 aces here. But I do know this, I or the PWNA won’t be bullied into posting them.

and
(2) He was Shopping BMP’s 2 months before Orange County reached out to the PWNA.?

That’s funny coming from you Jim, with your track record of avoiding questions across various forums… You’re not 11, are you?
… And, I’ll get this out the way early so there’s not too many words for you. I don’t have intimate knowledge of UAMCC activity in Southern California - I have taken an interest in my local area. However, I highly doubt that the UAMCC was shopping BMPs - it’s not the approach that is being taken. While it is not a definitive answer, it is the best answer I can give with the knowledge I have.

So you will have seen the email from Mr. Boon to Scott Stone as well then… You are splitting hairs over who contacted who - it is what happened after that is of more concern

OK… So is (1) and (2) ‘fact’ or ‘your understanding’… There is a difference, ask your 11 year old if you don’t know.
And the one you don’t get (3)… I don’t get either. I honestly know nothing about that.
So, in the interest of fairness - who are you talking about was doing the ‘shopping of BMPs’ and who created the document (the image I posted)?

It’s actually a educational presentation that outlines what the role Mobile Contract Cleaners play in our Society, and the importance of what we do for the health, safety, & protection of investment for our customers and or the public in general.
It also shows how we as Mobile Cleaners are not major sources of pollution as some have portrayed us, the down side of over regulation, and how easy it is to comply with MS4 regulations without the need for stricter regulations that could hurt or hinder our Small Business Owners in Mobile Cleaning.

But I digress…It has nothing to do with this thread, but does confirm the “you know who” doesn’t have BMP’s therefore “Can’t” shop something they don’t have. To say otherwise would be…well a lie.
Yea I never heard “shop BMP’s” except from you guys. Back on topic Tony has come clean and admitted he contacted Richard Boon…and now we know the rest of the story. Alienation at it’s best.
And that validates exactly what? I think you’ll find in your investigation that a bunch of people contacted Mr. Boon after the news of the fraudulent BMP changes were posted.
That Validates what we suspected. It’s a shame Tony needs to come in and interfere with OC trying to do a workshop for others. Also we all know he went into Jim’s area trying to push some “weird” agenda. You would know more about this then I do since you were a BOD then. I believe you didn’t resign yet at that point. Correct me if I’m wrong.
I know as much about this (speculation) as you and your environmental team knew about what Robert was doing in OC John.
No speculation Guy. I know alot more then you are speculating I know and we both know what happened with Tony in Cali awhile back. He only posted it all over the net like he’s doing now with this Stuff.
As far as the emails go I’ll post them if the sides who gave them to me give me permission to do so. I think the damage you guys caused has probably killed this anyway.
