I am now in possession of a few emails as to what was going on there. What’s going to be released is up to the people involved. If they want me to re-lease them I will.
Here’s the gist of these emails:
There’s a few people responding here including Richard Boon & Jenna Voss.
1-There was a workshop that they wanted the PWNA to help them do.
2 there are BMP’s being discussed from both sides.
3-they were in discussion to reimburse Robert to travel to OC(if you think these are money makers think again).
Here’s a quote from Richard Boon:
“Jenna and I can put together a technical presentation on power washing BMPs. However, I am really hoping that you and your organization can deliver the one thing that we cannot which is industry awareness of the event and ultimately a sizable audience for the workshop.”
Here’s a quote from Jenna Voss:
“Please find attached the final redline of the BMPs per your request.* One of our consultants who regularly assists our program also reviewed the BMPs and has provided comments and further redline.* Please let me know if you have any questions.”
So did the UAMCC’s involvement here the way they did thru Scott Stone really help the Industry at large?
"I am out of the office and replying from my iPhone
Last year we contacted PWNA to see if they could assist with getting us an audience for an informational workshop on water quality protection for pressure washing businesses in Orange County
Our expectations for waste water management are detailed in BMP fact sheet IC24
We are not changing this fact sheet and have no intention oif changing it the foreseeable future
Unfortunately an individual associated with PWNA has badly mid-represented the intentions and actions of a local public agency.
PWNA has assured me that they are now working diligently to correct their mistake
I would be very grateful if you could remove mention of the PWNA document from your website
I will be in my office next Tuesday if you need further information
I have the emails that preceded that one and I can see what was marked in yellow by whom & what is in red. Obviously something was said to cause the contractors to lose out here. Very similar to what happened in Vegas. I’m sure I’ll find it. Last time it was easy. I was sent the UAMCC report where Tony to the regs we were looking for product endorsement which is a lie and it cost the contractors a chance to talk to regs an voice their opinions.
John, I know that it took a lot of courage but thank you for exposing the untruths of Robert and the PWN@. Your post confirms that OC was putting together the technical presentation and merely wanted the PWN@ to bring awareness and an audience. I know that is was hard to bring forth the truth but you are to be commended. I think we could all not care less what the UAMCC does as long as Robert is stopped. I have not trust for either org.
"This is the result of on 18 month effort of PWNA in cooperation with Orange County California. This resulting BMPs will have a large effect of the rest of California, then the rest of United States.
California is normally the leader of these types ordinances. It took an extra ordinary amount of effort to get them released for Public Comment. Please be respectful in your comments; the more comments the better.
Respect is very important if the industry wants these types of ordinances and regulations to be opened up for Public Comment before being implemented.

I’m sure all the confusion will be cleared up at the workshop in OC…in person with witnesses. That’s really the way to do it…Face 2 Face.
William since you asked I also have some emails from Richard Boon where these discussions were prevalent. What I don’t have is what Scott Stone said. I’ll find it eventually.
I’m looking on my I-Pad because I think I have the UAMCC report where Tony admits to telling the Vegas Regs that a group was coming in town and they were looking for product endorsement. That group was the contractors and no one would ever ask EPA officials that their looking for Product Endorsements.
These hurt contractors with these viscous attacks on each other.
Why more guys aren’t questioning the UAMCC’s timing on both these events is a mystery. My thinking on that is most guys like yourself don’t really give a rats azz.
Actually, no. What is involved is Robert lying. Your emails provided more proof of that. What does the U, Tony, Ron or anything else have to do with it? This should be about nothing else than exposing the truth. I has been exposed. You assisted in that. Maybe now contractors will understand that the PWN@ is not your advocate. They are your demise. You rambling on about everything else is similar to Ron going on an on about photo shopping and other nonsense that has nothing to do with this issue. You can’t complain about how one org is unprofessional and then turn around and do the exact same thing that you are accusing them off.
The problem William is I have way to much info and it’s spewing out the seems. One of Richard Boon’s emails says a ton. The question is do we release it. It’s going to make the otherside look terrible. I know you would love to see this because you can’t stand either org.
What I don’t know is if it’s worth bringing this out because the damage is already done. Some others are going after the FOIA so maybe they can bring it all out. I’m only looking at the emails saying who knew what.
This is all bad for both org’s. Because if just pits them once again against each other.
Release whatever you want to. If you just talk about it you either don’t have it, haven’t been given permission to release it from Robert or are just playing games. You already released emails showing Robert lied. If you want to bring down the UAMCC as well go for it. We would be a lot better off with no org’s at all.
Jim, don’t know and don’t care. This thread us about Robert caught in a lie and and the pwna harming our industry. If you want to start something up about someone else or another org, start another thread. Don’t try to side track this one.
Thats where you might be wrong. The two are related very much so in my opinion.
If this contractor who went down there selling his version of BMP’s with no off property discharge, then it is very relevant. His meddling could very well of lead to that county calling the PWNA.
You can’t have it both ways filled with hate. I am just stating a fact as to what started this whole thing.
I just got off the phone with Robert Hinderliter who’s on vacation. He wanted me to post this.
When he worked for the UAMCC he did the exact same thing in Charlotte NC and everybody including Carlos Gonzales was happy with this. It was the same circumstances. The PWNA did not say anything or try to derail there efforts.
Jump ahead to now with Orange County…and look what happened.
Sorry Jim. That dog won’t hunt. It is irrelevant as to who, what, where, when or why happened before Robert lied and said that he was contacted to do other than fill chairs. He lied, the PWN@ got caught. End of story. If another org was shopping bmp’s and you want to go after them, that’s your right but do it in another thread. I find it ironic that you of all people are upset that someone may have snuck in and tried to shop bmp’s without telling anyone. Follow whatever rabbit hole you like. I hope all the org’s go away and anyone that says nothing but rain down the drain would get 40 lashes.Again, this thread is about Robert and the PWN@.
Every one was not happy with Charlotte. The UAMCC showed up against the wishes of local contractors, myself included. After the meeting, Robert set up camp with a bull horn and tried to get people to buy his reclaim equipment. It was not the same circumstances in anyway. OC wanted Robert to fill chairs. Period. Glad he is on vacation. Maybe the industry can go unharmed for a few days.
