She keeps kicking me and the dogs outta the kitchen because I’m sneaking food like Ralph’s dad on the Christmas story.

It’s too early to sneak anything unless I want to get sick so two ham and cheddar hot pockets were my only option

At what ratio will It pick up chems or do use a tip at the end of suction line. Also will it work at low pressure I’m assuming it will push soap no matter what tip you put on

I would imagine it needs to be restricted on the suction hose and yes it would pull chem at any pressure

I’m hoping I can restrict my chem use even more mow, Now that we’re applying it with high pressure, Hydrochem told me most ppl save an average of a 1/3 of chems doing it upstream style. And @pressureguy said he was saving on chems to. I’d be happy with the same chem use, because its gonna go way quicker, cleaner, faster.

I got my gx390 down on site, any ideas @dperez ? Get no spark off the plug ,threw another one on held it to metal, same thing no spark, fuse is good ,shes getting fuel, drained bowl. I Dunno…

If you’re not getting spark it’s more than likely the coil. It’s not like they go out all the time but enough to where I’d keep a few on hand if you currently don’t. Some might last years but others might last two months. They don’t take long to replace so can do it in the field. You can set the gap with a business card.

Here’s the oem coil. I’ve used cheap aftermarket and have lasted just as long. If you have a small engine shop somewhere they probably have one in stock. Check your model number with the Amazon one before ordering.

Sounds like your stator check your ground @Hotshot

Thank you guys @marinegrunt and @Firefighter4hire. Hey Anthony, Were be that stater located ?

I think @marinegrunt is correct its really the same part unless you have a external one like mine. Did you check your grounds. How many volts are you getting off the plug wire? @Hotshot

You have to pull the pull start assembly and engine shroud off and you’ll see it in the upper left above the flywheel. Should just need a 10 mm socket and a short extension.

No spark, put the plug and wire in my hand, Turned it over, nothing…Lil baby motor, GX390 ,its also gotta pull start.Im no small engine mechanic fellas and I live in BFE, But I’m eager, I have no choice and it just nuts and bolts lol. I really appreciate y’alls advice and help BTW.

Take of the ignition coil run some sand paper over it and the flywheel. Check your ground. Also how many volts are you getting to the coil itself.

I’ll check sir.

I’m assuming you checked the gap in the plug. Check inside the plug wire make sure you dont have corrosion built up

Checked plug, not Fouled out, no corrosion in ignition wire, replaced plug with new ,gapped new plug ,put plug connected to plug wire in my hand, cranked motor over lots, No spark at all. Gotta be the coil like y’all said I’m assuming. @Firefighter4hire

@Hotshot Yep you might get lucky and its corrosion check the gap. The coil is held on with 2 small bolts if it got bounced around could have came loose and just needs to be gapped. One way or the other buy 2 of them and 2 for all you other pressure Washers. No point in being down for something you are going to have to buy anyway
