Like a thorn in the mind

Yeah, your right, I looked closer that time.
Well in his defense he didn’t screw up like you and gave away the secret click click on his video. :rofl:

I actually need to thank you man, We finally got to the bottom of all this with your help.
And it ain’t hard to put my thinker in overdrive, especially with this stuff. When I first started, I said, how hard can it possibly be. I knew the physical demands, but hell it’s just squirting soap. Not much thinking involved, 3 years later and it still changes on a dime. Its always changing. Always need the upper hand on competition and technology.
Crazy stuff.

Re reading all this @dperez , And your idea of the pulse pump to do the same exact thing at more psi and no 1/4 chem lines,Vac lines and 3/8 hp lines to pull around is a far better method. And to boot, it switches chems and rinse by the gun trigger cycle.

Yes you’re correct, I’m figuring out how to work in a third mode via trigger cycle with this new system controller

It might end up acid, rinse, soap, rinse rather then acid soap rinse since I use the same controller to shut my burner off when rinsing

one of the greatest movies ever!

I don’t know what movie your talking about @pressureguy, But I sure do get a chuckle :face_with_hand_over_mouth: when I see @dperez type in the methods of a 2 stepper,Just because I know he hates it so much. Betcha his finger cringes when he types in acid.

@Kleen dont forget the pantyhose.

Wait @dperez can we circle back to the pulse pump thing I just dont understand it

It’s basically a single cylinder manifold threaded on to your existing manifold. It has two check valves in it just like the cylinder it’s sitting in front of. It’s piggy backing on that cylinder and using that plunger stroke to move chem through itself but not through the pump head. It’s injecting chem downstream of the pump but it’s able to do into a high pressure stream. High pressure injection of chemical downstream of the pump through a stainless steel thread on ā€œheadā€ so you can run the harshest chem after your pump but with 3,000 psi behind it.
