I have a 10% of the total balance per day for everyday past net date. I have only used it one time
Finally got a response from someone at the company. I resubmitted the invoice stating it was over due by a week to the two accounts (billing and invoice) I am supposed to. I finally get a response from the billing email and asked if I was sending to both. So obviously billing is getting the email and then told him that the original invoice was sent on the September 10th and it was viewed by the invoice email at 10:54am on the 11th. Within 2 minutes the invoice was paid.
One of the reasons I like Joist Pro
I took up a part time gig working 3 to 4 hours a day for a freight company. Boss knows what I do and asked if I could give him a bid. Current guy is cleaning day cabs for $17 a piece (13 total) once a month. I told him I was going to be significantly higher and didnāt want to piss him off on day 3 of my part time job. I told him if he was serious and if he wanted his trucks cleaned properly I could give him a bid but itās going to be twice as much as he is paying now. Letās see how this goes
Why not just add house washing to your list. Can do one house/week to add to income.
I would need some serious mentoring for that. Could I do it without a soft wash machine? I have a 4.8gpm hot water unit. I see people talking about down streaming the house mix but I just donāt see how it is getting to the second story or roof
Right nozzle that machine will shoot 45-50ā. Itās easy. spend $60 and get you a m5ds nozzle, something to put your hw mix in, bucket will work and a $15 ds injector with another $10 worth of stainless quick connects, $8 plastic on-off valve for your ds injector line and youāre set.
You just need some more hose, youāre already there.
You went from not knowing anything about fleet washing to locking in multiple fleet contracts and melting road grime off with different chemicals and youāre saying you need serious coaching to wash a house? If you can wash fleets you can definitely wash a house. Thereās nothing to it. Youāll make a heck of a lot more money washing houses in between your fleet contracts than working for someone else. Having hot water I would also be hitting up restaurants or other commercial locations. Youāll have to invest in a surface cleaner though. Who knows, you may just enjoy it more and drop your fleet accounts. At least then you wouldnāt be grouped in with @Hotshot and @dperez Last I heard they were working on inventing dual toilets that face each other. Iām just kidding. There good guys. Iād use that toilet with either one of them.
lmao so you wanna share my new box truck mounted porta potty with me sometime ehhh
ā¦This
But but but , Your a, It dont have rubber , Will not srubber truck washer dude ā¦ Not one of those SH slingers. Donāt fall for there wicked ways and promiseās of vast riches and such babble. Stick with us young JEDI , you have much to learn !
Iām sticking with the Fleet stuff. Just wanna find something else to fill in the calendar.
I may regret this, but I put my 55 gallon drum on my trailer. I was so sick and tired of transferring <5 gallons at a time to fill up my 20 gallon soap drum. Waiting to finish off my fleet prep and will do the same with that side.
For you guys that work where it freezes, how do you keep your water in your tank from freezing over? I donāt have a heated garage so I am looking at ideas on how to keep it warm enough to not freeze.
I plan on using one of my spare 20 gallon drums and put in RV Antifreeze in it and transfer it to my float tank to keep my lines and pump in good working order and then just refill up the drum when I go back to water to complete my jobs. I figured I would lose up to a gallon each time so I donāt get water in my drum of antifreeze. Am I on the right track in my thought process here?
Would something like this work to keep the water flowing?
It doesnāt freeze too often here but I just put a tarp over my trailer and run a heater.
I usually fill up the night before heading to one contract. And if I have my Hy-Vee contract I fill up there before I leave so I donāt have to use my own water
The submersible heater you linked should do the trick for you. In addition, I would wrap the tank in a layer or two of the reflective bubble wrap insulation. It will improve the efficiency of the heater considerably.
If you donāt want to have a cord coming out the top of your tank and would like a more permanent solution, this can also be accomplished with electric water heater elements. Install a 1ā bulkhead somewhere near the bottom-middle of the tank, install a 1500W 120v element, and wire it to a digital thermostat.
To each his own, but all Iām seeing here is starting your fill one hour earlier than you leave and ummm on the other one go ahead and spend the $2.25 for the 500 plus gallons you need from the house.
This first winter has me nervous is all
You should be, alot can go wrong and its expensive to run during winter.
