Went out on my own this week since my son goes back to school next week. Did my Hy-Vee contract and averaged around 11-12 minutes per piece. 5:07 to clean 26 pieces.

Still gotta go back tomorrow to clean the vans. My feet were killing me so I’ll head back tomorrow evening to finish it off. Sucks, because I only have 9 more pieces to do but I had let that “quit” reach my heart and it overtook me. HAHA
I keep ibuprofen and jerky in the truck at all times. Who made your supply tank? Reason I ask is because it has a third leg on it and even the horizontal indentation like mine I get from Poly Processing but all mine have 16" lids
Snyder Industries out of Lincoln, NE. Eventually when I get in the back of a truck I plan on putting a couple of vertical water tanks and try to carry 2000 gallons.
What do you guys use for winter clothing when out fleet washing? I have a pvc rain suit that I planned on wearing over some coveralls. But I feel like I’ll start to overheat wearing all that.
Cold weather water proof hiking pants when looking them up @GeorgeNicholson . Carharts are to bulky for me.

Man ! That’s purdy @sgb ! He must have to wait on the job alot to get loaded and unloaded to have that lil smart car to go zoom around, wonder how he gets that little car off. Hydraulic ramp. Or 4 big dudes lift it off caveman style ? Definitely my kinda truck to wash, cool pic man 
Had to drag the brush out a couple of times but not like last time. Wasn’t too bad though.
Went and tried to get more jobs today. FedEx is going to employee washing here. The manager said she wasn’t sure how it was going to go, I told her to give me a call when they start blowing stickers off. Or she could hire me as an advisor, is only charge half my rate and I’d never touch a piece of equipment

Not yet, just made a new batch yesterday before going out and forgot to put some in a sprayer
Just a recap. Talked to my local chemical guy the other day. Had a new fella transfer chemicals. He was using a $10 pump siphon,why ? Ac pump broke. Took the same siphon out of the soap and proceeded to siphon 300 gallons of acid with same siphon. Ended up neutralizing all 300 gallons of acid ,making it worthless,that was delivered to customer. 6,7 ounces of caustic soap ruined 300 gallons of acid. Just a heads up.
That sucks!
I took your advice from day one and have 2 different siphon pumps. I make sure my #1 is sealed up before messing with my #2 and vice versa.
One of the things I absolutely hate!
Go into a potential client (potential because their trucks are dirty), do my spiel about washing their fleet. Guy responds with, “no thanks, we wash our own.”
Really?!? There is a reason I am here. Your trucks look like ■■■■.
But to be honest I would have priced myself out of it because I really didnt want them after seeing their condition. I drove by this place multiple times over the past couple of months and finally got in there to do a bid. I don’t mind a “no thanks, we aren’t worried about appearance of our fleet.”. Just don’t lie to me saying you clean them yourselves.
I responded with, it doesn’t appear that you clean them, that’s why I’m here.

Its on a custom Aluminum turn table you spin it and he’s got 13 foot ramps under the trailer. All he carries is aircraft engines and parts. Says him and his wife go out for 5-6 months at a time. It was pretty incredible.

@dperez… how do you store all your lance’s on your rig for travel ? I’m getting quite the collection here. I remember seeing a quick pic of yours . But it wasn’t all there to see properly.
