Got the metering system too. Not sure if I’m a fan just yet. Still need to tinker a little more with it, and it wasn’t that expensive, $280 I believe.
I’ve never used fleet fighter. And I was nervous about using HF but finally manned up after some convincing from @Hotshot
HF is a game changer. Really helps that second soap clean a lot more in my opinion.
As far as the 2 step gun. Yea it’s heavy but well worth it. I need to go out and time myself on a normal fleet wash and not a demo wash. Not this weekend but the following I’ll have some day cabs, side dumps and dump trucks to clean. Maybe I’ll try to remember to video a truck and time it as well

talked to them yesterday and they would not sell me one, They said it was for use with there 2 step gun. Its ok I found another system that should work.
hold on from buying the other system. I sent @hotshot the part number and everything and you can just buy direct. I have the chart to show what each number represents as well

King instrument 7520 is the part number or any other flowmeter that measures in GPH. The chart I have breaks down the GPH to draw ratios depending on your GPM machine.

I will be starting it up in the next week I would think, been bust with other projects. Its actually the last thing I am installing due to not wanting to be down in case I get any other jobs. Yea hydro chem really pushed there 2 step gun, I did find another company that have a SS Flow meter with adjustment’s on it for 60 bucks. I just dont know how long SS will hold up to these chems?

Here are some 316 stainless but cost about 5 times as much. Probably still better off going with them.
