Sunday baking

Making tuna casserole for my parent’s and grandma.
I love cooking. This is something easy for company.
Thanks @Ikii for starting or keeping this category. 4 cans cream of mushroom, 3 lg cans of tuna in vegetable oil, 2 10 oz bags of peas and 2 1/2 bags of egg noodles. Plus a lb of cheese🙂

With the exception of the cheese, that’s a pile of nastiness right there

Sounds delicious.

I’ve discovered air fryer meals, a real game changer for Sunday wings. Gonna try a nice NY strip steak tomorrow.

My buddy has an air fryer and the wings he makes are awesome. Dry and crispy. Sauce to taste

Air fryer for wings all the time, and the occasional fries when I splurge on carbs…but there will never be a steak wasted in my air fryer…tuna is for when I don’t have the time to cook…and peas are only good for an impromptu ice pack if needed :joy:

On the nose about time to cook. I only made the casserole to save time. Ive been really busy dealing with the aftermath of hurricane ian. I got family here for the weekend. In the future ill display my true culinary skills. I do love a proper tuna sandwich and i also make a dip with tuna that is fire

Also on the nose about the steak @JAtkinson . @dcbrock. Please dont waste that steak in the air fryer. Unless of course you’re a well done steak guy, then have a delicious feast brother

I usually do the cast iron pan sear/oven finish method but open to ‘new’ technology lol.

That is a great way to cook a steak

Air fryer lol. What’s happening to this forum? I can understand the the rubber scrubbers and window cleaners but I thought us exterior cleaners had some shame. Disappointed.

I hear you. I bought one because everyone was saying how magical it was. After using one I was like, so these people never used an oven before? Sure it is faster, but it is also smaller. About the only thing I really like it for is french fries and chicken patties, because I don’t like the greasy ones.

We give away an air fryer like every year for some client contest or another…people love them some not-really-fried fried foods

That in itself is worse than tuna casserole or an air fryer

Reminds me of zero alcohol beers at parties and drink ups, you’re either in the game or not. There isn’t really an inbetween. Lol

I prefer my beers 7% minimum

The only time I ever use ours is for reheating pizza. It does a great job on it.
