Softwash set up

No worries.

I made this myself (copying the one from powerwash.com) because i had a spare pressure washing cart and didnt have enough room to put a permanent setup.

I did move the pump over to the other side, added a switch, battery cover, and plan on adding an accumulator. Also put quick connects on hose and pump ends

@chinoltw :joy: god I love PWR

Yeah i love this place too. I used it once and it worked well. Only mistake was i used a way too small diameter hose but the kind folks here told me what proper min size hose i should use.

@chinoltw not bad man unless you take that off your trailer or truck is suggest keeping your pump out of the weather. I see a lot of guys have tool box setups that’s my plan. @Racer has a pretty awesome video on a trailer build I found. I’ll see if I can’t find it and put it on this thread may be tomorrow until I’m able got a date with the wife in a bit.

It only comes out when i need it, otherwise it just stays in the storage locker. I dont do too many roofs and im also currently working out an suv until i save up some loot and get myself a van.

Do you have a picture of your setup? I have an suv as well but want a van dearly, just no funding right now.

Theres no set up there… i have to load and unload all the equipment all the time… before i got to site, when i get there, load it back in at the end and then unload it back at the storage… not fun at all.

@chinoltw you do this full time or journey man?

Yeah that’s what I’m afraid of, definitely suboptimal, but you do what you have to.

@chinoltw hey man see if you cant trade out some work for a trailer. That’s what I did this past year. Scored a 6x10 and a mig,Tig,stick welder 120v tweco. Northern tool has trailer tires with rims for bogo just bought a set of those too!

What size tank do you plan on using?

Here is the video I was referring to.

I was full time until they stole my enclosed trailer with all my gear all paid for… so now im hustling part time to get my self back to full time hopefully this year or at the latest next year (which i hope not)

Yeah i know. This is what i had before.

Lucky you, but for me no more trailers…i live in a major metropolitan area and trailers are a nightmare… and just like the all the left coasts we have a big issue with damned druggies stealing everything they can get their hands on… some even stole a brand new propane tank i bought for my bbq… yeah its sad here. I will getting a van with a partition wall and go on from there. More coslty on a monthly basis but i can set up so many anti-theft devides only way to steal it is to tow it out ha ha ha

Man sorry to hear that. Trashy people suck.

Man that sucks! Was you trailer and equipment not insured?

Hey guys, I keep seeing a lot of mixed answers about what battery for a 12v. Is this one good for it?

Also does anyone know what is better everflo or fatboy? Or are they pretty much the same?

Thank you
