How much impact does gutter butter have on stucco? I am shooting about 25 feet up and am sure there will be some overspray… I have used bleach gel and sh mix for algae and such with success but doesn’t work for oxidation… really concerned about staining side of house-- does it leave an oily like finish at all? high end stucco/paint…seriously considering a lift and pump sprayer but cost is prohibitive… VIP client- don’t want to say no to anything as she is a realtor with a big portfolio…

I brighten the gutters with every house wash.
I mix in a 1 gallon pump sprayer~
1 Qt bottle of LAs Totally Awesome $1
1oz Elemonator
Fill with water.(3Qts)
Spray all gutters. Let Dwell couple mins. Light brush/pretty much just drag brush along entire gutter.
Rinse!
Works like a charm!
Sometimes dont even have to brush at all if they aren’t bad.
I have F13 and don’t even use it because of all the claims of removing paint so I’m a little scared of it. Tried the LAs Totally Awesome method and it works “Awesome” so far with no problems so I stuck to using it.

The whole purpose of gutter cleaners is to remove the broken down/oxidized paint. It’s when the paint is oxidized all the way through that you have a problem. You can usually tell if examine them closely before hand and you’ll see a slight bit of aluminum in really bad spots. I used to try and upsell gutter scrubbing but the streaks will start coming back within a year and you can only scrub them so many times. Now I just explain to my customers that and I’ll still give them the option but most times they don’t want to pay extra for something that’s so temporary. Saves me the headache and my customers don’t end up mad at me when their gutters start looking bad again before their house even needs to be washed. I really wish these manufacturers would use a better paint with more additives to protect it from breaking down but they are cheap and only care about profit instead of quality.
