Setup advice

Hey guys. I need some advice on the best way to set this up. I have a smaller cargo van but not sure the best way to set it up. I still need to buy my buffer tank, bleach tank for my mettering valve.

Sprinter Build

Since a few guys were asking, I went out and snapped a few pics of my Sprinter. I’ll try to get a video up soon. This is a 2010 MB Sprinter 2500 170" wb. They do make a 3500 dually as well. Room wise, there’s 14’ from the bulkhead to the back doors, and about 5’ wall to wall, with just over 4’ between the wheel wells. Even with over 200 gallons in the buffer, it drives and stops just fine, mind you I’ve got 100’ of corrugated drain pipe stuffed in there for a baffle. I’ve got the tote drain faci…

Stacking the reels wouldn’t be a bad option in a space that small.

Get all the measurements of everything you need to carry onboard and spend a few days drawing layouts. I spent about 3 months drawing different layouts and configurations and I would have drawn no less that 100+ different layouts before I went ahead with the build.

Looks great mate. What size buffer tank are you using… and what GPM is your PW?

Thanks jet. I have a 50 gallon tank with jobe rojo float valve with 5.5gpm machine.
