Robert Hinderliter Answers Questions on Orange County Proposed BMPs

You said in one comment Greg that he said “shop” and then you said he didn’t. That’s FACTUAL!!!

Good.

“Present”: to bring or introduce into the presence of someone

“Shop”: to offer for consideration or acceptance

Potatoes - potatos…

I was the Vice President.

As soon as I was seated I was inundated with calls from irate members upset that Robert was named against their will.

I merely acted to reflect the members’ wishes, as was my duty. Robert was removed.

Thank you steven

So glad I am not associated in any way with the PWN@ How embarrassing

I am out of the office and replying from my iPhone

Last year we contacted PWNA to see if they could assist with getting us an audience for an informational workshop on water quality protection for pressure washing businesses in Orange County

Our expectations for waste water management are detailed in BMP fact sheet IC24

We are not changing this fact sheet and have no intention oif changing it the foreseeable future

Unfortunately an individual associated with PWNA has badly mid-represented the intentions and actions of a local public agency.

PWNA has assured me that they are now working diligently to correct their mistake

I would be very grateful if you could remove mention of the PWNA document from your website

I will be in my office next Tuesday if you need further information

Thanks

Steven all due respect where dealing with facts… Robert never used that word shop. You know where that came from right?

All due respect to you John -I know you and a bunch of guys like to split hairs - you deal with your ‘facts’, I’ll deal with the context of what Greg was saying. Facts aside, the issue appears to be with the vernacular. Anyway, I am now guilty of splitting hairs…

Seems like small potatoes compared to the lie Robert got caught in.

Sure is William!

So we can agree he never said shop BMP’s. That’s all I needed to know. The rest of what Greg is saying I’m not questioning that. If Greg says that’s what happened that’s good enough.

LMAO you guys should look up the word ASKHOLES. Its really a word and not a typo.

Uh huh…

That it’s not fair to john t :).
In all seriousness, now that the truth is out and we know that OC didn’t invite Robert our Ty to help with bmp.s, are y’all going to call for him to step down or just let it go?

William,
Where did you get your so called truth? I find it both funny and pathetic if you think I was to believe something like that. I don’t see anyone sending a message from there iPhone. Just my opinion. As for Robert stepping down, etc. First I am not a member of PWNA so that’s not even my call. I got better things to do then deal with this anymore. And people wonder why this industry seems so unfit and like a group of misfits and never taken seriously.

Thad, I apologize for my mistake and bringing you in the conversation…That was wrong of me, I meant no ill intent.

I edited my post, Again My Apologizes.

Accepted…Sorry Guy I couldn’t resist. Just playin with ya.

You see William this is the crazy thing here. Those BMP’s are OC’s which Robert was trying to get them to lighten up on one or 2 because there to strict. The others they won’t budge… But of course someone called someone and down the ****ter it all goes. If you followed this from the beginning the guys were saying on the Net these were all Roberts BMP’s. Do you see what happened?? Of course not so I’ll tell ya but you will dismiss this anyway… So what happened? All those strict OC BMP’s stay status quo. I’m betting Guy and a few others are happy here. So be it. Score one for them…they can have it.

As for the contact it was Jen Voss

John, are you serious? You’re saying Robert is a victim here? You’re contradicting everything Eclean wrote? You’re saying someone made a call and shut down government mandated BMP changes at OC, which wasn’t the case after all? Which of the current OC regulations are too strict? I believe Allison wrote that Mrs. Voss said they couldn’t be changed and they just needed to know if the BMP’s were easy to understand by Contractors.

No John you’d lose that bet, like I said before there’s no joy or high 5’ing going on…there’s no winner in this, we all lose.

What the point Guy? Scott Stone made contact…at least he’s coming out public now and stating that. I read the gloating on your org’s website. That makes you proud so be it. Yup we all lost on this one.
