Hey guys, just wanted to get some thoughts on the idea of doing online booking from my website. I’m also considering setting up some packages on there too. I guess I’m just looking for some pros and cons of the idea. The reason why I’m thinking about doing this is because I moved and I live about 30 mins away from where my typical clients are.
I haven’t personally set it up but Markate CRM has the ability to integrate with your site and use online booking and wash packages. I know at least a few guys on here are utilizing it.

I came home to a $1249 job booked with my online booking via Markate. Roof and House Wash Package. It works. Least common form of booking but it works.

I have honestly thought about doing the same thing, but haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Seams like a genius way to streamline leads strait into a scheduled customer.
I think of one con being that you dont have that first chance to really sell yourself to the customer before them having some idea in there head of what to expect and for what price.
I just really prefer talking through the process to the customer and getting that first good impression.
I agree with your points. Educating the customer is a big part of closing the jobs.
But it’s an option because some customers know what they want. Which this customer did.
Nice bonus was they’re the HOA president for their neighborhood.
