What set up is this?
I went your route said the hell with it , tips kept breaking , now I just screw these in the ends of my pickup tubes, no more pulling poly lines off injectors.
I can find the metering tips on line , but have yet to find the 1/4 brass barb they screw into , except this place in Missouri. Boatner enterprise
I wonder if I could take this barb, although it’s plastic but has the threads and put it on a high draw???
Probably ,Long as it’s the same OD and thread pattern, But why can’t you use your old DS injector that works ,then just shove that green POS in the end of your 1/4 pickup line now ? or what ever color ya want ? Then no more pulling lines to change tips .

The green part isn’t the interchangeable orifice. You screw it into the tip of the barb, so to change orifices I’d still have to take the 1/4” line off
I’m talking about the threaded end.or that end. does it really matter what end you shove in the poly line. It’s the same ID no matter how you install it .
That’s one on my other machine, I ran out of the brass inserts, so I just used a torch to soften the poly line , then shoved it in to for a mold. Same concept, just redneck rigged.

I pick up what you’re putting down. I’ve got some experimenting to do this evening. Do you have a part number for those orifices you’re using?
That’s the tip I use.
But the brass hose barb with the fpt,mpt end and tips and strainer basket comes in a kit for $20 at this place, I just called them , there out now but getting some in soon.Talk to Dan or Albert

@Patriotspwashing turned me on to this last year and I’ve been using it ever since to run straight SH with surfactant in my tank and then adjust the valve as needed depending on how dirty something is. Screws right into the bulkhead with a drop tube on top of my bleach tank and works great.

Then you just get 1/2" fpt to 1/4 hose barb ends to poly line right @fhpressurewashing ?
We DS at 100% on our truck chems to ,keeps us from batch mixing. Never mind didn’t read the screws into your bulk head part. different ways same effect, I like it.
I like that. That’s better than what I was looking at doing because I’d have to take the 1/4” hose on and off. How just adjust on the go.
How does it hold up to bleach?
