@fhpressurewashing So then the metering valve connects via hose to your DS injector? Is it the same size hose on each end?
1/2" bulkhead with a 1/2" threaded pvc riser to the bottom of my tank. 1/2" mpt x 1/4" barb threads into the metering valve and connects 1/4" hose to one side of three way ball valve…other side goes to buffer tank to pull for rinsing, and bottom hose goes to injector (credit to @Innocentbystander for the three way ball valve idea).

They have the exact same metering valve with 1/4" male threads. I can see either or being useful depending on the setup.

The injector works best if it is a couple feet away from the pump, and your pic shows a lot of unnecessary plumbing attached to the injector. Put the injector at the reel and see if the situation resolves itself.

You just have to place that valve after your poly 3 way (I’m guessing everyone is running those now) …and connnect it to the line that runs to your sh tank. Nothing fancy myne are just a few inches after the SH line breaks off after the 3 way valve, which is 12 inches from my injector that’s is connected to the reel. I just put it inline, laying there. No need for anything fancy.
I don’t really use it to adjust much (keep at 50/50) , mostly the reasoning is being able to complete condos and apartments out of town, and have enough SH.
Get the 1/4 in one and put barbs on it.
