which brush do you use for 2story gutters?
2-3 story gutters. My shoulders aren’t what they used to be.
Typically 3 stories in the back.
The really bad ones are in the older part of town where there is about 8’ between houses and are 3-4 stories tall.

I use a Libman brush on a 8-24’ extension pole. You don’t need to scrub hard, just a quick wipe gets them clean.
But your still not using your pressure washer right? To get back on topic and because I feel this needs to be said again. This new injector was created to solve the issue of poor reliability so one could can work more with less problems. When I fire up a up machine I want it to start and run problem free until I say when. I feel this injector solves that issue it was just a side effect that allows it to pull like a freight train. I just placed an initial order of 100 units to get machined up so they’ll be here soon ![]()
Just another note to add, IIRC you are working with a made up “xjet”?? You’re comparing apples to oranges as far as application method are you not? And you very well could be applying way more than 1% SH possibly???
My setup is very consistent and the ratios are dead on per what each orifice says it does. I’ve bucket tested it to verify. My normal hw mix is 19:1 with 12.5%. Sure the SH can vary on strength, but the ratio is consistent. I’ll do 10:1 if a side is really bad, 42:1 for light dirt.
Sorry about the confusion but you’ve totally missed what I said
After thinking about it some more I also found that your flow will vary from house to house moving your injection rates around. Again, you’re not washing with the same equipment so what works for you is only working for you
I’m lost lol
Back on topic, I think it’s awesome coming up with a new injector design. It’s such a simple physics concept, they should be reliable and never fail.
Here’s an example that comes from the application methods used in fleet washing. Choice one you allow high alkaline soap to enter the pump along with water and get high pressure soap. This will leave you brushing about 2-3 times a year depending on how picky the account is. The two step application method where you apply a low ph acid followed by a high alkaline soap has you brushing possibly once. So you see by altering your application method has you brushing less.
My 12v booster system gives my the same pressure no matter what the spigot pressure is. I’m always boosting to 95 psi (I’ve changed this a few times +/- 10psi) and while spraying I maintain 70 psi.
But you are right, varying pressure will change ratios. It will draw stronger at lower pressure. This is also why the nozzle size has to be right. Any smaller nozzle size and it won’t draw anything.
I really appreciate that! I have more than a few products in the pipeline and it truly has been a labor of love.
I don’t know if it’s relevant here, but I’ve always told my boss the same thing anytime something is confusing…" Three alligators don’t equal a monkey". Just something for y’all to ruminate on.
Well I want the first one dangit ! Im going to put it right there.
To make this 3 chem remote system even more bulletproof
How often do you have problems with that check valve on your DS injector? I’ve only heard second hand about how problematic they can be. I even heard some don’t work even when they are brand new! The check I’ve engineered into this DS injector is truly ROBUST. I can see you easily wearing out a few nozzles before you have one single issue with the integrated check valve. Even after a few hundred cycles the seal kept getting better and better and with no spring to go wonky there’s a slim to zero chance you’re going to accidentally dilute that pricey acid you use.
We change them out about twice a year. It starts to let water back to our chem tanks, then throw them away and buy more from dultmeier. We rinse them out every day.
I’d like to order 2. For an 8 gpm.
@Firefighter4hire Went with the octagon check valve as the sides will line up with the block and its not as busy as the decagon
I am sweating over here. Take my money already ![]()
