I swear we talked about this many months ago on the cellular telephones. Ha
Sure you got a big enough tool box in there lol? You running a car repair service on the side? It’s looking good though.
Yes sir, that we did! I was convinced on making the 14’ work though! Ha!
@Racer you never know man, just might add mobile auto repair to my list of services! Seriously though, I wanted one smaller but got a good deal on this one so couldn’t pass it up. I shouldn’t have any problem storing all my extra parts tho!
Actually will be good for that, but does take up some room.
What is that elevated rack to the left of your reel? Is that for your machine? Did you buy or build it?
Looks like welded angle iron
Are you going to build a shelf over the tool box in the V part? Could store a lot of stuff there.
It’s in the nose so its not bad. I am actually going to put another top over the toolbox (just a plywood top) that covers the whole area in the nose above the box to cover the space behind the box if that makes sense. Cabinets eventually to each side of the box but not sure about above the box yet. Maybe some shelves or something at some point.
It’s a stand that I had built for my machine. Elevates the machine and fuel tank and battery goes under it. I have a local fabricator that I work with that made it.
Just one nice v shaped shelf above and you could store a ton of stuff up there. That’s a lot room. Spate hoses and anything bulky that doesn’t weigh a ton. Build the front edge stout would be a good place to put a vise.
Work it,
. Work it.
How do you plan on plumbing the buffer tank to the pump?
I am putting two machines in this trailer. 2” coming out of the buffer to a “Y” reduced down to 1” with 1” going to each machine. Will be 1” crushproof hose to each machine with a filter inline between the buffer and pump.
I like seeing these builds come to life. It gives me ideas and reasoning why it happened that way. I’m looking at all the trailer builds that come up on the search to figure out how i want to do mine. Thanks
If that cardboard is for templates, then you are my kinda guy
Ive read about you saying that and i thought about that when i first saw it. Thanks
@Innocentbystander You know it! Had to make templates and lay everything out so I could decide where I wanted everything and where everything would fit best. The only way to go my friend!
You can run the exhaust out the trailer with a 2inch threaded floor flange from the plumbing section at home depot, or get a right hand muffler and an elbow to blow it out the door. Personally, I would put an RV door on the side and let the exhaust blow out it.
Looking clean!!!
