About to write out my bid for this building.
But my main concern (and I’ve tried browsing for answers) is the awning out front. The material it’s made from seems to be fabric on the outside and plastic on the inside. (EDIT* appears to be a vinyl fabric) Doesn’t look like SH would be a great idea on it. But from what I’m reading bleach is okay? Has anyone encountered this material before? What product is okay.
We will be running two motors. One on a 275gal tote and the other from the spigot*
SH and bleach are the same thing.

Yep… I know lol. It’s a fairly loose terminology I assumed.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Thank you!
Did this a couple years ago. Homeowner thought she’d have to replace it. Soak concrete with water, spray awning with 4%, scrub vigorously with brush, use 5-way tool to scrape off crusty junk, rinse and repeat.
Have someone continuously rinsing with water underneath to prevent unintended ‘clean’ areas.
I followed the video Brody posted, worked great.
