Yep. Make sure and rinse thoroughly before wiping your eyes, though! 
I had some bleach in cold storage (under my mobile home, tucked behind the skirting 
) leftover from last fall that I just pulled out yesterday (‘cause I needed the carboy for this week’s project)
It was still quite warm to the touch, and turned my finger white instantly! I was blown away.
Point is, storage conditions make a big difference in how long bleach lasts. UV light, and/or heat, will kill SH real quick.
