So maybe I am not explaining correctly. I am going to drop my soap line in 100% non-mixed soap. So when I put my proportioner on my line it will pull at 100 parts water to 1 part soap. I am not premixing the soap and then go thru the injector

So I asked on the fleet washing pages and got that we are both saying the same exact thing. That 15 gallons to 1 gallon is the same as 15 liters to 1 liter. The injector is pulling in parts. At least thats the 100% consensus so far
But, you are still downstreaming correct? Like with your pressure washer and not direct application like with a 12v or air diaphragm pump?
Yes. But if you just use your current proportioner you always use and it works then you donāt have to do a million tests to get the soap choked down to a piggy bank friendly environment

I think we were speaking two different languages. @Hotshot nailed it. When I use my proportioner I am getting the final ratio at the end of my lance (what goes on to the piece I am cleaning).

Forget the whole liters to gallons thing. Weāre not building pianos here. Weāre squirting bugs and grease of painted crap that rolls down the highway @ 65mph. If you have good results @ 25:1 or higher and itās cost effective in price and shipping and rinses off fast and you like it, winner, winner chicken dinner.
I DS all day long bubby,your on the right page man. Weāre not much different than yaāll think. We just use alot of different chems and either 2 step DS or 1 step US with a certain temp and have a different target to squirt at .
Is what George is calling a proportioner at the end of his gun the same as a two step gun? Iām trying to imagine what the heck he means by that but all Iām coming up with is maybe an xjet or something similar? I have never owned one of those so Iām not really sure how they work.

You can do the same with yaālls SH ,put that in you DS tube to get your ratio on spot. So you donāt have to premix your chemicals, we 2 step with either a dual lance or yaālls lance with a black tip. But we have a 3 way valve to DS acid first the switch the 3 way to DS soap over top the acid to do a non brush truck wash. The porporationers just meter the amount of chemical coming in. The KISS factor. So I know my bla,bla, colored tip is set to 25:1 etc,etc. And my guys canāt turn the dial up a use a tremendous amount of soap to get the truck clean in record time because they have a hot date,or completely ruin a 200k truck paint job from Alkaline soap shock.
@hotshot are you burning alive over there on the east side? Itās hot here today. I took today off because Iām not feeling well and Iām so glad I did. I wouldāve probably puked and passed out by this time. I had to give up the cigarettes last week because it was really starting to mess with me when working.
Hotter than a popcorn fart over here @DisplacedTexan , weāve been off since Sunday night. But got to go in tonight and tomorrow night from 6pm till 2am. Then off till Friday,Work every weekend. Trucking schedules dictate our lives unfortunately.
