Here is my first fixed trailer build that I just finished. It is super small but, I am really proud of it. And I am so happy that I don’t have to lift the PW in and out of my SUV. I thought I was going to throw my back out.
Here are some specs, I have a pressure reel that should hold at least 100 foot of 3/8" hose, and I currently have 100 feet of garden hose on the other reel. I think I have enough room on both reels to increase my lengths.
The trailer itself is light enough that I can move it with one hand easily.
I have paid off all my equipment and profited enough to take this next small step. I look forward to the next job.
Previously, I had no reels, was lifting my PW in and out of my SUV, and just jamming all my hoses in. It was awful and not professional. But, I did what I had to do when I could not afford anything better.
Now I am another step ahead.
You’ll need a hell of a breaker bar or impact to loosen the ball. If you use that hitch for a delifferent trailer just go buy another hitch that would level it out.
Exactly this. I know it is not ideal for every job possible, but I needed something professional looking that I could do an average house wash with. I have almost no room for upgrading this, but I will probably get a larger trailer next year, maybe keep this setup for an employee.
Did my first back up ever today. I cant see the trailer, but I can see the PW frame handle in the rear view. I did pretty good with the wifey helping out. lol
So mr ibs is our EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE but often filterless resident.
He and many of us don’t like seeing dumb questions or fly by nite companies in here.
If he gives you a hard time it’s only his weird way of helping you. If you ask a question that can be answered by using the search icon he and many others will ridicule you. This is a great forum and can answer and questions you may have.
BUT PLEASE GOD LOOK HARD FOR AN ANSWER BEFORE ASKING!
