Just received an email today…my Markate subscription is over. Decisions decisions

It’s not perfect, but to me the price versus what you get compared to all other CRMs makes it a no-brainer to continue. I just ran into an issue yesterday and got a response and action on it first thing this morning.

I don’t know anything about this company but it sounds like something i heard: No one cares about your money or your stuff but you. They already have your money or your stuff so why should they hurry.

I don’t think they look at it that way. They seem pretty responsive and seem to be thinking long term. People have to have personal time too or you’ll end up dead.

If you go to the app on your phone, click on support at the bottom of the page and it will open a chat which is sent directly to a markate rep. I’ve used this numerous times and receive an answer within 5min.

I believe this CRM has grown significantly in a very short period so the staff was originally very small. Due to the quick growth, it seems like they have definitely hired a handful of new representatives!!!

Did this issue get fixed? I briefly looked at the site and didn’t see the reviews add on anymore. Did they do away with it?
