They do a 800 square ft rancher for $1k on Facebook. Most of what I read on Facebook is garbage.

I thought EVERYONE charged $1000 for 800 sq ft. Hmmm. Personally, I look at how long a job will take and charge $100 per hour. The attorney I just hired charges $300 per hour, so I’m a bargain at $100. Unless, of course, it’s January or February and I’m hoping to fill up my week. In that case, I’ll quote for less over the phone and hope to upsell when I get there!
