@Hotshot I’m with ya…gotta have a thick skin but that’s real life!..all this free knowledge from guys that have been doing to for way longer than alot of us…and a couple of good laughs to boot!..if people can’t take criticism or poking fun at them… they need to go find their safe space… everyone that I’ve met on here has been super helpfull and my business and knowledge has expanded 10 fold due to info passed on from everyone I’ve encountered here.

Ok buddy. My 1 % mix is really 1.25% not too far off and it’s easy for beginners.

In a 50 gal roof mix when looking for a 4 percent ratio, you would need 16 gal sh to 34 gal water using 12.5 percent. Using 10 percent you’d be at 3.2. Nearly a full percent difference. You must not do roofs?

The stronger the target mix the more discrepancy between sh strengths

I dont use 10% sh. I use 12.5% sh. I actually prefer to use a 3.5 % mix on roofs especially when its above 70 degrees. We usually do around 300- 400 roofs a yr.
